"Clean and comfortable room, amazing breakfast (although crazy crowded at peak times), great staff. Location is not really close to anything; however, it's right next to the train station, which is very convenient."

"We loved the Welcome Lounge at the end of the day. After all the walking daily, we would stop for a refreshment before going up to the room. The room was perfect for our family, but we had to live out of our suitcase (top loading suitcases are best). The access to trains and shopping is fantastic. Very family friendly. Will definitely stay there again."

"The rooms are VERY small. We had two twin beds and there was no room for our luggage. The hotel is very convenient in location right in Shinjuku (a fair walk from the Shinjuku station however). It is priced based on the location, not the room and amenities. Would only stay there again if I needed to be in that location. Otherwise, not worth the very pricey rate."
