Can’t make chicken salad out of chicken…

First of all I want to express my appreciation for the entire staff they were excellent. It’s hard to make chicken salad out of chicken $h!t. It’s obvious the owner has decided not to fix anything. Holes in ceilings, pool and hot tub out of order for months, exercise equipment broken, ice machine out of order, out dated furnishings.Thank goodness for the squared away “granny” at the desk getting a night comped. I grew up 3 blocks from the Gladstone and know what a gem it once was. A shout out to my classmate Darby making the restaurant run like a fine tuned machine. Whoever the owner is BE BETTER!!

It was a place to sleep

Listen, it was a place to sleep. It was mostly clean, had a nice fridge and working plumbing. Check in took a good amount of time as the lady didn't know how to work the credit card machine. Bedding is from the 80's. They only have front desk help short hours daily and no stayover cleanings. The bathroom show curtain smelled terribly of mold/mildew. The pool was green and half full. Something out of their control according to the sign at the front desk. Would not stay here again unless forced to

Very nice hotel

We were pleasantly surprised by this property which was a bit off the interstate highway. It was very well maintained, the pool area was decorated nicely & the staff were very friendly. The Safari Suite was thoughtfully decorated. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!
