Le personnel a été particulièrement à l’écoute et très professionnel. Après notre première nuit, l’équipe a immédiatement pris en compte notre demande de changement de chambre, ce que nous avons énormément apprécié. Nous avons également eu la chance de bénéficier d’un upgrade en suite junior, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable. De manière générale, la qualité du service est remarquable : attentionné, efficace et toujours avec le souci du détail. Un hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation pour son sens du service et l’expérience client."

"Good location. Clean room and good service. Entry to the room was a little confusing but once we learned the basics, we did ok."

"Hotel is good for Kelapa Gading area we have stayed in Wizz, Harris and Cabin Hotels and El hotel is best value for money. Plus nice large foyer/ entrance area with a separate bar. Room are a bit dated and poorly lighting ours had a bath and hand held shower, i would of preferred a walk in shower."
