Convenient in Mega Kuningan

d'prima Mega Kuningan is very convenient for the business we were conducting. Clean, very adequate and the staff are very helpful. We have booked to stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot water in the showers gets cold after a while, probably because the building is old. The lack of a shower curtain makes the toilets waterlogged. There were no face towels, which was inconvenient. Unsanitary as only bath towels were provided. Sheets and bath towels soaked with dirt were also commonly provided. They were well laundered, but they were also covered with hair, so they did not look good.

Not bad

Nice staff, good room. Had some issues with payment as they do not accept cash. Also minor issues when needing to extend our stay. They couldn't figure it out at the front desk, so we had to do it online. Kind of an annoying hassle when they should have been able to do it in person.

Im allgemeinen kann man sagen, dass es ein angenehmes Hotel mit mehrere Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Personal war stehts gut drauf und versucht alles möglich zu machen. Das Essen ist im ganzen Land gewöhnungsbedürftig und somit auch das Frühstück im Hotel. Ich würde es wieder gerne buchen. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passen gut zusammen.

冷蔵庫は使えなかった。部屋は日本のビジネスホテル程度の広さ。それ以外に問題はなく快適。 アクセス路が狭くて路駐が多いため、近隣の大ホテルでイベントがあったりして混雑するとアクセスしづらくなる

ベットのシーツに血液のしみが数箇所残っていて、気持ち悪かった。枕のシーツについても汚れが気になった。アメニティは一通りそろっている。部屋は狭いものの宿泊料金がリーズナブルなので致し方ないところ。なお、スタッフのサービスは笑顔で挨拶できており良好。

Solo traveler & it was overall was a comfortable stay while I was there for 3 days 2 night on work trip. The velvet chair in the room was lumpy so wasn't comfortable for sitting. Breakfast spread was simple but the omelette to order was good.

Dirty bed sheet and pillow cases

When i checked out, the staff claimed that i made the bed sheet dirty(but it was clean when i left the room) and asked me to pay IDR 500k for cleaning fee. However they said the sheet had changed i could not go up to the room and check! And obviously they didn’t change the bed sheet before i checked in, since i saw few spots of blood on bed sheet, and pillow cases are smelly. At the end, I didn’t pay for cleaning fee, they let me go. I feel extremely angry for this hotel.
