This was a lovely place to stay. I was lucky enough to have my room upgraded and was just around the corner from the rooftop pool. The staff were really helpful and this was a great base to explore from.
Our driver, Vikram Singh was excellent! He was reliable, courteous and is an excellent driver. The hotel was beautiful and all of the staff were very attentive.
The hotel and all the staff were absolutely wonderful!! Tony the Manager met us and gave us cool drinks and cool water. All the lads/men who work there were warm, friendly, fun and helpful everyday ensuring we had plenty of water as it was getting hot. The lads in the restaurant were also wonderful. Sultan, especially is a great kind helpful man. Please stay there!!
We wanted a traditional hotel and this fit the bill. It is somewhere that Indians tend to use so English gets confused sometimes but they are very helpful. Nice rooftop. Bed was comfortable
Cons - Service. For such a city and state that pride themselves on hospitality, the service was sub-par. There were many tiny instances where the staff could be more professional but I'd like to particularly report this once incident of a staff member calling another staff member of North Eastern descent some racial slurs in front of us. We were shocked to say the least at such unprofessional insensitive conduct.
Pros - The hotel is in a really nice central location. The building architecture and the rooftop pool are absolutely breathtaking. Rooms are comfortable although some of the electrical fittings are too outdated and need replacement.

The hotel is full of charm and character, not your usual cookie cutter building. We went for the higher priced rooms which was totally worth it as it oozed character and totally made or stay that extra special. The staff worked hard and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel felt like such a refuge after a day of sightseeing. So peaceful and calm after the hustle and bustle outside.
Was such an oasi
Very friendly staff with a beautiful property. If you’re looking for a no frills, but pleasant stay, then this is the place for you. Located very close to the Old Pink City, and solid dining options nearby (although a bit pricey).
Beautiful facility and room size was as advertised. Staff was very friendly but there was lack of communication between staff members causing inconvenience.

Meh. Fine hotel, but not great
highlight of this hotel is definitely the rooftop pool. although it is a little foggy. It’s definitely a pretty spot to be.. The rooms them selves are fine. The showers had terrible water pressure and no hot water. The breakfast was OK but not great. Really good location. Next to some great restaurants and close to the sites. Has a lovely garden and courtyard.
This place was really an oasis tucked in the center of the city. We enjoyed everyday spent there! The only negative I can think of is there was so construction going on. Which wasn’t noisy but interferes with that “perfect” Instagram photo at times. Lol
Over all we loved this place and would go back.
We had a delightful time at this hotel that made us all think of the Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. It was partially under construction but there was no problem with noise or dust. Our family met here for Christmas from New York, Colorado, Washington, and Jaipur. The hotel management and staff were very kind and responsive to our every need. December is kite flying season and the manager flew kites on the roof in the afternoon and was happy to include others in this activity, including our 6 year old grandson.
Très bon accueil, personnel disponible à toute heure cuisine excellente nous avons rencontré de véritables amis ce charmant hôtel est à recommander vivement !
