The property was absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is toward the end of the beach so pretty low traffic, which felt more private and relaxing to me.
We absolutely loved this hotel, it was brand new and a great location for Jaco. Brittany was AMAZING, she was super helpful during our stay. Shower was awesome, beds were great. We loved the balcony and pool as well.
Fantastic room with no noise from air conditioning but nice chilly space to rest in after time out in the hot humid weather. Pools were nice with comfortable seating. If I was going to complain about anything, the pricing in the restaurant was a bit steep - but you are right on the beach. About a 5-7 minute walk to the busy town area which is perfect to keep the space quiet while still being convenient.
The room was excellent and modern. Views from the balcony beautiful. Front desk staff was not welcoming except for Brittany, who was very helpful. Others wouldn't even look up at us or acknowledge us. The restaurant food and service was very good. Location is a bit far from any services, so have a car or expect to take taxis to anything.
My wife and I loved Clarita’s. The property is prestine and newly remodeled. The downstairs cafe/bar and sushi restaurant were excellent. The ocean views and sunsets were incredible either on the beach or the rooftop deck. It was truly a magical experience. Additionally, the rooms and bathrooms were roomy and super clean and the toilets! Japan style they were honestly a game changer. I don’t want to forget how superb the service was at in all areas of the property. We Loved our stay, highly recommended to anyone visiting Jaco.
The resort has a restaurant on the premises which I found to be very convenient and the room was cleaned. However, for a resort there were no entertainments. Furthermore, there was no microwave available for the guests if you want to warm up something and no iron in the room.
The resort is clean, safe and beautiful. There are two pools overlooking the beach. The restaurant has great drinks, a wide menu and multilingual servers - we should've eaten here all meals rather than go into town. We stayed in a King Suite that sleeps 5 - it doesn't sleep 5, it sleeps 2 + 1 hard couch. They resolved the problem respectfully with an additional room for my two teenage boys - error's happen, but they made it right. The service was excellent. It's a guarded gate and there is security on site 24/7. My only complaint (that is not their fault) is that the beach was not safe to swim in out front. I don't know if it's always like that on the North Jaco beach so it doesn't effect my 5 star rating - but a short drive (or walk) south we were able to find calmer and safer waters...about 3 miles down the beach. Definitely one of the nicest resorts in Jaco from what we saw!
First time in Jaco. We loved the vibe here chill.. literally right on the beach with two infinity pools. Good gym and yummy food. Wroth the money for sure.
