The condo is part of a small (~10 units) gated community on the beach. There is a shared swimming pool.

Any type of vehicle can easily access the property. We always recommend a vehicle when visiting Costa Rica but this is one of the few properties that a vehicle would not be needed to explore Jaco, as taxi's are readily available.
