"The property is in a quiet area and has free parking. The hotel is very well kept and had a jacuzzi tub in the room and a nice mirror and that you can touch to change different settings. The only thing they could improve on is that the bed was a little too hard for me but for those that like a stiff bed it would be great."

"The valet was amazing. My husband was in a wheelchair and was very helpful. The rest was terrible. Room was very dated. As clean as housekeeping would ever get the dated room. The bed was a nightmare. Not sure I have ever tried to sleep on anything more uncomfortable. Then the 1am wake up of someone trying to get in our room was the worst. "

"Great property. Their internet went down when we arrived. They had to shut down all restaurants and the check in. Didn’t get going again until late evening. They need to work on their contingency plans if that ever happens again. Very inconvenient for the short time and amount of money you pay to stay there. "

"Great property except they have way to many people parking there for flights out of Jacksonville which cause hotel stayers to park way to the back of the entrance. My suggestion would be those parking for flights must use the vacant parking lot in the rear "
