Great Stay, Friendly Staff, and Comfortable Accommodations! I had a wonderful experience staying at the Hampton Inn in Jackson, Alabama! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their communication was excellent, and they made us feel right at home. Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night's rest. The hotel was quiet, and we experienced no noise disturbances during our stay. Parking was convenient and easily accessible, and the complimentary breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day. Although the hotel was undergoing some construction during our visit, it was manageable and did not negatively affect our overall experience. I truly appreciate the cleanliness, hospitality, and attention to guest comfort. If I ever find myself back in Jackson, Alabama, I will definitely choose to stay at this Hampton Inn again! Highly recommend!

In town while our grandsons played in Allstar Baseball. We stayed at this Hampton Inn last year for the same reason. Staff always nice and helpful. Very clean and the room we stayed in was great.

The hotel was nice. The staff(Jordan) was great, the breakfast was good, and the decor was beautiful! However when it was time to checkout there was a mix up with the time; Expedia website stated that the checkout time was 12:00(which was one of the main reasons we chose to stay there) but the hotel told us a little after 11:00 that time checkout time was 11:00 therefore we had to scribble to quickly rush…which was a little stressful.
