Great location. Lovely French balcony overlooking street. Small but very well laid out room with very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay there again when I visit the lovely town of Jaca again.
Central Hotel in pedestrian area, helpful staff. Underground carpark a few minutes walk away which the hotel has a discount for. Walls a bit thin but good value for the price.
It needs to be clearer on your site, before booking, that parking is such a distance away. We are an older couple traveling with a cat and the walk to the hotel was substantial when carrying a cat travel box and litter tray plus your own overnight bags.
My husband has COPD and I have a wonky leg so it was a trial for both of us
Having said all this hotel was in a lively square with plenty of options for our evening meal and a recovery drink or two.
The young lady on reception was very helpful and the room clean and comfortable. The mattress was a little hard but it did not stop us from sleeping.
Really lovely little hotel well situated and very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble and they even tried to phone us to make sure they were there when we arrived.
Excellent and will definitely be using this hotel again

Very good.
Good hotel. Well sized room. Easy access . Very good service.
