The most dirtiest place I have seen so far my entire life, black mold on the floors,had changed the room 4 times to find a room that has cleaner and working ac. Breakfast has cold products and unattended employees that sit down in front of the lobby and chats. Never recommended to anyone with family.

Es ist eine absolute Enttäuschung gewesen, die Toiletten waren extrem verschmutzt und das Wasser lief durchgängig, da an den Toiletten etwas defekt war. Wir haben sogar das Zimmer gewechselt und das hat nichts gebracht. Der Duschstrahl war so schwach, dass einfach mit dem Hahn geduscht habe. Kein einziges Mal Zimmerservice. Toilettenpapier musste jedes Mal bei Bedarf erfragt werden und meist hatten sie keins und mussten es vorher erst kaufen, da hat man schon 2/3 Stunden gewartet und sich dann Servierten genommen in der Zwischenzeit. Klimaanlage war schrecklich, hing im ersten Zimmer über dem Bett auf Kopfseite und hat GETROPFT aber BICHT GEKÜHLT ??? Auswahl am Frühstück sehr mager, es wurde ganz früh was hingestellt und dann nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Personal sehr nett dennoch. Alles unhygienisch und stimmt Bettwäsche waren größtenteils befleckt ????

Abartısız konuşuyorum: sokakta yatın-konaklayın, daha temizdir. Otel bakımda ve eski-yeni diye odaları ayırmışlar. Yani bir de orada ayaküstü para koparmaya çalışıyorlar ancak, ESKİ-YENİ FARKETMEKSİZİN BÜTÜN ODALAR LEŞ ÖTESİ… Sağlığınıza yazık, o kadar söylüyorum… Çalışanlar çok laubali ve hizmet kalitesi sıfırın daha altı…. O kadar kötüydü ki, yemek karına çıkmaya gözüm yemedi…

Skuffende!

Ok location. Tæt på Centrum af byen. Men værelserne er ikke så indbydende som billederne lægger op til. Gamle slidte møbler, døre der ikke kan låse/lukke. Airkondition der kun blæser luft ud i stedet for kulde. Lever ikke op til stjernerne.

Otelin konumu, kongre alanına yakın olması (1.5 km) benim açımdan çok iyi oldu, çoğunlukla yürüyerek gidip gelebildim. Kaldığım oda genişti ve kullanım açısından rahat edebildim. Kahvaltısı çok çeşit olmasa da açık büfeydi ve yeterliydi. WC' nin ışığı bozuktu tam kapanamıyor yanıp sönüyor odayı bir disko havasına sokuyordu, ilk gün tamri edileceği söylendi ancak tamir edilmesi beni çok rahatsız etmediği için sorun etmedimi kapıyı kapatıp uyudum. WC içerisinde lavabo ve tuvalet birbirine çok yakındı, başınızı lavaboya yaslayabilirdiniz, bu sebeple wc'si pek rahat olduğu söylenemez, ilk gün odayı teslim aldığımda örtünün üzerinde saç taneleri olduğundan çok iyi temizlik yapılmadığını düşündüm ancak resepsiyon ve personel güleryüzlü ve yardım severdi. Asansör biraz eskiydi ve zaman zaman rahatsız edici kokular oluyordu ancak genel olarak memnun kaldım.

Nicht mal frische Brot zum Frühstück.. Würde jedesmal gefragt,ob ich hotel verlasse ob wohl noch 5-6 tage gebucht war. 1 Flasche Bier kostet 10 Lira.( 3.70 € )

Kızımla bir gece konakladık.Kısaca özetlemek gerekirse,otel konum olarak halkapınar spor salonuna yürüyüş mesafesinde değil,taksiyle geçmeniz gerekiyor.Otelde tadilat var bazı katlar kapalı.Kaldığımız odanın kapı kilidi çalışmıyordu,arkasına şifonyeri çekerek uyuduk.Odada bulunan televizyon keyfi çalışıyordu.Kahvaltı çok vasat,çeşit az,kullanılan sütler çok kalitesizdi..Kısacası alınan hizmet ödediğiniz ücreti karşılamıyor.Aynı fiyata daha iyi yerler var,bir düşünün derim..

Don't stay here.....

Building work in hotel, no doorframe in bathroom, traffic noise horrendous all night, lift cranky, carpets on stairs worn through, very run down and not a great place to stay. On the plus side, breakfast was pleasant, service was fine, and no bugs on the 7th floor. Room was clean. Could not recommend this place to anyone, too much traffic noise, and building work a joke, staircases full of building materials. I was charged around 340 TL and I have no idea what for, I had paid a package deal on Expedia. The area around the hotel is not the place to walk around late at night/early hours of morning.

Avoid it

Even though we arrived at the hotel at 3 pm the room given to us was NOT ready. The receptionist could not find the key to the room for 15 minutes. When we finally entered the room and I decided to flash the toilet, I could not, because the button was missing.!! I had to lift the cover and push the interior button in order to manage to flash the toilet. Right after this wonderful experience, I decided to wash my hands. To my surprise the water was limited to a drop per second..... not to mention that I could not communicated with anybody, because non of the staff could speak English. To finish my polite review I have to mention that you have to bring your coffee machine with you, if you want to have coffee in the morning, because their breakfast provides only tea.

Okay hotel, not very central

This hotel seemed like it wasn't quite finished, but it was still comfortable and service was good. Some staff don't speak English, so a little Turkish can be helpful. Location did not seem particularly central or walkable.

Not up to standard

Was far from town in commercial area. One English speaking person in place. No resteraunt open after breakfast. No gym or sauna had pay extra. Toilet was broken unsafe wiring on walls. Only Turkish TV. People were friendly however was not up to standard on website.
