"I will start by saying that the apartment is nothing like what you see in the photos, when you enter the building you have a rather small and uncomfortable elevator, the apartment looks quite old, it does not have air conditioning and in this city is very uncomfortable stay in a place without it because was very hot inside, we expected it to be as described but upon entering we couldn't stay as you feel uncomfortable upon arrivial. "We enjoyed staying at this apartment. The three bedroom/two baths were great for the 5 of us. The place is in a residential community and about a 20 minute walk to downtown. Along the way are plenty of stores and restaurants. There is no central air - but the fans kept the place cool/circulating the air. Make sure to ask for them. The property manager, Felix, was very responsive. I highly recommend this place - a great find in San Sebastián!"

"We very much enjoyed staying at this property. The location and size for two people was perfect. We were within walking distance to La Concha & Old town. We rented a car and also utilized the parking garage near by! There is also a small store and pintxa bars at corner! Very convenient!
