Diferencial positivo de ter acesso a uma academia completa. Porém, achei funcionários pouco qualificados e no meu quarto a privada estava com vazamento e o chão ficava sempre molhado. Não fiquei satisfeito.

Na propaganda do hotel havia restaurante e serviço de quarto, no entanto o restaurante do hotel não abre em feriados, cheguei de Brasília numa sexta-feira por volta das 14:00, como o restaurante estava fechado, tive que procurar um lugar pra almoçar, mas a cidade estava praticamente fechada, só haviam sorveterias abertas. No sábado o restaurante do hotel também estava fechado, porque resolveram “emendar” o feriado. Se eu soubesse disso não teria me hospedado lá. O estacionamento do hotel não suporta o volume de veículos, desorganizado e muito apertado, muito fácil de ocorrer danos ao veículo. O atendimento da recepção deixa muito a desejar, atendente sem preparo e ríspida. A suíte master era confortável, mas o preço não compensa pelo custo benefício. Bernal nunca mais.

O chuveiro não é de todo ruim porque o controle de temperatura funciona direitinho, mas tem que sair catando os jatos de água. Banheiro estava sujo, com teia de aranhas, até cocô de passarinho.
