Really unique experience at a resort which caters to dog owners.. the dogs ate AT the tables… this place is ALL about the dogs. Nd dooo many cute ones!

Staff very relaxed and accommodating. Facilities had lots of attention to little details that answer to dog owners' needs. We only at breakfast but the meal was exceptionally good. The dining area is well designed to allow you to enjoy the company of your pet. A "club" like atmosphere (facilities used to be a corporate villa).

和洋室のお部屋に３泊させていただきました。 ワンコのマナーベルトまで準備されてる施設は初めてでした。至れり尽くせりです。 ただ、２泊目のお部屋掃除の後、使用済みの寝巻きやバスタオルは引き上げて、新しいものが補充されてなく、フロントにもらいにいきました。お部屋は隣の物音もなく、ワンコもぐっすり寝ていました。お世話になりありがとうございました。

食事は美味しく、all inclusiveもよかったと思います。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でした。 唯一屋外DOGRUNは改善の余地があると思います。人工芝で入り口付近が傾斜になっており、たまたま雨上がりの翌日犬を走らせたら、入り口付近の傾斜の人工芝で足が滑って、爪を痛めて大出血、とりあえず付近の動物病院で応急処置だけしてもらいました。東京に戻ってかかりつけの医者に行ったら、レントゲンで関節炎になっていることがわかり、まだちょっとびっこをひいていて、治ってません。今後同じことが起こらないように、傾斜をなくすか、雨の翌日は人工芝に滑り止めの処置をするか何かしたほうがいいと思います。また、DOGRUNは実物は写真より狭いという印象でした。
