Our stay was amazing!
The hotel was clean and comfortable with large rooms and a breathtaking view.
The onsen was fabulous as well.
The staff were helpful and kind!! It was fun to try to converse in English and Japanese.
Wow.. What a wonderful stay! The staff was courteous, professional and kind. Room was kept tidy my entire stay. The rooftop onsen was sublime, the bowling alley was an awesome surprise, the hotel was accessible to gorgeous Jogasaki coastline and the views were immaculate. I left refreshed and inspired. Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Hotel is very old and run down. It needs a good facelift and renovation. Carpet had stains and was dirty in the rooms and hallways. Rooms were a good size. Expensive for the state of the hotel
