Very nice and cozy lobby. Do NOT use fireplaces!!!

Great parts of this property are that they give you the remote of gate once checked in. The parking is safe and private. The property is very clean. However, my bed frame squiggled, and the noise from the street right next to the property is quite annoying. This street is the access to deeper mountain area and would pass many vehicles even in late night. Please do NOT use the fireplace, even if the property provides materials to do the fire. Ventilation in my room was extremely poor, and the fire was super hard to star. even if the logs started to pick up flames, the flames die out quickly. I had to keep blowing to keep the fire going. Another serious thing came with this poor ventilation is the safety concern. Bad ventilation and signs of incomplete combustion could result is carbon oxide. I started to have very bad headache that is nothing similar to regular ones the next morning. I am convinced that I was poisoned by carbon oxide. And there is no hospital in Itachaia, you need to go to Resende for any medical attention.

É uma pousada simples. Precisa de algumas manutenções, mas são detalhes, como a descarga que estava pingando,no teto furado, algumas marquinhas na porta, parecia tinta. A cama é bem pequena para um casal. Se alguém for gordinho dá ruim rsrs. A TV não pegou a Netflix, nem nenhuma plataforma, somente a TV normal que é por internet tbm. O café da manhã podia ter mais variedades, mas o que tinha estava bem saboroso. Equipe de funcionários não tenho o que reclamar. Pela educação deles e por serem sulícitos a todo instante a gente nem fica muito ligado nesses detalhes. Nada dessas coisas me impediram de descansar e ter dias maravilhosos. Deixo essas críticas construtivas pra melhoria do hotel. Deixar os quartos mais acústicos também seria bom. O trenzinho passa toda hora e hóspedes que acordam muito cedo atrapalham um pouco nosso sono.

Ambiente acolhedor

Acertamos na escolha desta pousada pelo acolhimento dos funcionários, pela estrutura, pelo café da manhã perfeito na medida certa. Tivemos um final de semana de descanso onde minha mae se sentiu em casa; o quarto limpo, amplo e acomodou muito bem três pessoas. A localização também é ótima, com um mercado bem na porta, além de restaurante, padaria e agências de passeios próximas. A Casa do Papai Noel fica a cerca de 1 km de distância, ideal para quem não quer se deslocar de carro, principalmente em datas em que a cidade costuma ficar bem cheia. Muito obrigado !!

Boa localização e a pousada tão bonita quanto a foto. A pousada conta com uma pessoa pra fazer tudo (recepção/camareira/cozinha) e me parece sobrecarregada. O ar-condicionado muito barulhento tira o conforto do sono e os chuveiros ficam com água quente intermitente. O café-da-manhã é simples, porém para poucos dias sem problemas.

Bom dia! Adoramos nos hospedar nessa pousada. Lugar muito calmo, café da manhã maravilhoso ( Luciana muito simpática),a limpeza em todo o hotel era impecável, arrumação do quarto excelente. Amei. Estadia Maravilhosa e com um atendimento Incrível!

Pousada maravilhosa e incrível do início ao fim. Primeiramente, fomos recepcionada por um dos donos da pousada, o Gabriel, e ele foi super atencioso e simpático, nos repassando dicas da cidade, inclusive falando sobre melhores opções de restaurantes, chocolaterias etc. Segundo, a pousada é fofinha, agradável e nosso quarto estava super limpo e ficava localizado em um ponto que dava pra escutar o barulho da cachoeira, o que deixava o ambiente ainda mais incrível. No dia seguinte, fomos recepcionadas no café da manhã pela Márcia (esposa do Gabriel), um amor de pessoa, sempre preocupada com nosso bem estar e perguntando sempre se estava tudo certo e se queria algo mais no café da manhã. Por falar em café da manhã, que café da manhã gostoso. A maioria das coisas são fabricados por eles mesmo, o que deixa o gostinho das comidas ainda mais especial. Em frente tem mercadinho que você pode comprar água e coisas de sua necessidade e em 10minutinhos andando, você chega no centrinho de Penedo, nem precisa usar carro, o que é maravilhoso. Enfim, em resumo, amamos demais a estadia no Paris Hostelli. Vale super a pena, recomendo!

Pousadinha honesta

Pousadinha boazinha, cama boa, café da manhã simplinho e gostoso, localização boa e os donos são muito simpáticos. Pontos negativos: check in vai até 20h (mas se mandar msg eles esperam atemais tarde) e o chuveiro quente no meio do banho esfria... aconteceu 3 vezes com a gente e uma das vezes eu estava com shampoo na cabeça e penedo fazendo 14° foi uma experiência bem desagradável. Confesso que pela nota aqui do Hoteis esperava mais, não tem nada de incrível, é um bom hotel, simples.
