Pra ficar no coração

Incrivel. Alem de todo o atendimento, acomodação confortavel, delociosa, café da manhã delicioso com tudo caseiro, feito ali mesmo, o ambiente tambem tinha um cheiro diferente. Chegamos e logo de cara todas as nossas preocupacões foram embora.

A pousada MORIÁ é um verdadeiro refúgio para quem quer descansar e se conectar com a natureza. Tudo foi perfeito na nossa estadia desde a recepção calorosa e simpática das pessoas com direito a um drink de boas vindas, até a limpeza e arrumação dos quartos de forma impecável, o café da manhã também foi perfeito com inúmeras opções fresquinhas. Cabe também um destaque especial para os funcionários da pousada que são super simpáticos e preocupados com o nosso bem estar. Além disso, a pousada fica pertinho de uma das cachoeiras mais visitadas da região. Foram dias muito agradáveis que tivemos, certamente recomendamos e em outra oportunidade voltaremos.

Ótimo local para quem curte natureza

O lugar apesar de afastado dos centros comerciais é excelente para quem quer ficar em meio a natureza. Atendimento é excelente, limpeza excelente e o local é lindo. Única reclamação é em relação a uma taxa de servico que é cobrada no check-out se consumir algum produto que tem dentro do frigobar que fica dentro da acomodação. Achei isso errado, pois os produtos são caros, então presumisse que ja esteja com essa taxa inclusa, fora que as taxas referentes aos serviços nós pagamos quando reservamos a estadia. Tirando isso, nada a reclamar.

Lindo, visual incrível, para quem tem algum tipo de problema, fiquei no quarto hortênsias que é o último e tem bastante escadas, o café da manhã tbm é lá em cima, mas nada que desagrade a estadia, quanto mais no alto, mais próximo da natureza. Amei.

Local lindo e muito confortável

Hotel maravilhoso para uma viagem romântica, quarto muito confortável, local tranquilo e muito agradável e só lado do escorrega do Maromba, ponto turístico principal da região. O atendimento é o ponto alto, funcionários João e Luciana foram muito atenciosos, me senti em casa. O café da manhã e os caldos disponíveis no restaurante do hotel a noite estavam deliciosos. Voltarei com certeza!

Lugar maravilhoso

Lugar maravilhoso, atendimento de primeira. Ao lado da cachoeira. Tudo muito confortável e aconchegante. A natureza está presente ali o tempo todo. Único ponto negativo é a estrada de terra que leva até a Pousada. Muito esburacada e estreita. À noite não tem condições de se transitar por ela.

Pousada muito boa. Os últimos 400 metros antes de chegar a pousada não estão em boas condições, mas consegui chegar bem mesmo estando em um carro baixo. Atendimento excelente dos funcionários. Chalé com hidromassagem com limpeza impecável. Pousada não acessivel para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção. Banheiro poderia ser um pouco maior. Pedimos um caldo de mandioquinha a noite no quarto e estava excelente. Café da manhã poderia ser mais completo.

Ja tínhamos ido à pousada antes da pandemia e retornamos agora com nossos pets, fomos super bem recebidos. Tivemos um pequeno problema com a hidro, que nos impossibilitou de utilizá-la no primeiro dia mas o Vitor se mostrou mt solícito, resolveu nosso problema e no final, o proprietário nos ofereceu um abatimento do valor. Tudo perfeito, todos os funcionários são cordiais, pacientes e muito educados. Fizeram questão de nos explicar tudo, recomendo mt!!

Pousada maravilhosa, atendimento dos Funcionários muito bom, principalmente do Cauê que fica na recepção. A unica coisa que fiquei decpcionadp foi com a café da manhã continental, onde o café e o leite chegavam frio no bule, o pão francês não é o convencional e achei duro e poucas opções no café da manhã.
