Our room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had a couple of plates, bowls, cups, utensils and a kettle. Only one med size pot was available, so not much cooking could have been done. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Best place in the old city. Step out the door, look right and see Galata Tower. Cozy, quaint, 24 hour reception, coffee shop in lobby, plenty of hot water, big room, lots within easy walking distance, helpful staff, two markets in same block. Would absolutely stay there again.

The hotel itself is really nice. The front desk staff is very helpful and also has a coffee shop inside that is great. Location wise you are close to the galata tower and transportation to most places is cheap with Uber.
