My stay at this hotel was terrible.. I left this hotel at 4 am after calling the police cause the reception employee entered my room at 4 am by using another key.. so i started shouting and crying before calling the police later!! I was really afraid and my body was shaking!! I have a document from the police that indicates what happened that night..

Había un foco fundido en el baño, realmente no nos tomamos el tiempo de reportarlo porque nos centramos en nuestro viaje, pero la atención del gerente y sus asistentes fue bastante buena y hace que importase poco el detalle.

Öncelikle biz otele gittiğimizde rezervasyon yaptırdığımız oda bile hazır değildi bizi bu yüzden yarım saat beklettiler. Bekletmelerine de hiç değmedi çünkü banyoda ne sabun vardı ne şampuan vardı hiç bir şey mevcut değildi.Odada buzdolabında su bile yoktu.Normal otellerde masada ketıl ve yanında çay kahve olur ama bu otelde o bile yoktu ve temiz bir oda da değildi asla tavsiye etmiyorum gidilecek bir otel değil.

It was noisy (both the reception desk early in the morning and outside at night). The bathroom easily got wet and all of the towels were completely wet no matter how long they were hung up. The shower clogged up in 2 minutes, and if you didn’t stop the water, the floor would be all wet easily. They only gave us flat sheets as a blanket but it got very cold at night since it is November. No breakfast served and staff weren’t easily accessible. Tram station was a short walk away. It was ok but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
