Teppich, Wände und Möbel stark verschmutzt. Bettwäsche nicht sauber. Gardinen nicht benutzbar, da ausgerissen. Lichtschalter im Bad aus der Wand gerissen mit bloßliegenden Leitungen. Schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche...

ilgili ve güler yüzlü çalışanlar. mükemmel konum. istiklal caddesinde olmasına rağmen ses çok rahatsız etmiyor. aklında soru işareti olanlar rahatça gidebilirler.

Decent hotel..Close to all tourist attractions,

Its been 3 years since i last stayed in this hotel..In this time it has gone downhill fast,,Although close and walking distace to all tourist attractions,their standards have slipped dramatically..I stayed for 4 days,not once was there any house keeping done,no sheets changed ot beds made,no towels replaced..TV worked or didnt work..sheets were shabby and torn in places..

Perfekt für ein Kurztrip

Ein Mittelgroße, kompakter Hotel mitten auf der Hauptstraße einer 20 Million Metropole. Wenn sie Ruhe oder sich zurückziehen wollen dann sind sie hier falsch. Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in Istanbul und dieser Stadt ist dafür bekannt das sie niemals schläft und die İstiklal Straße ist das Mittelpunkt davon. Das ereichen vom Hotel ist etwas kompliziert da es sich einer hintergasse befindet. Das Personal hingegen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Dreadfully disappointing

Nice, friendly staff, and Serene was convenient but cramped and noisy. I mistakenly chose an economy room on the third floor. But the room was so narrow that I had to climb onto the bed from the bottom to get into it. The noise from the street below (close to Istiklal Cad) was loud and went in into the small hours. I was also bitten by mosquitos. I'm used to economical hotels but can't recommend this one. It could only suit students who don't go to bed early. I have stayed in cheaper accommodation in Istanbul which has been far better.

Ekonomik odalar çok ufak

Ekonomik oda olarak verilen oda o kadar ufak ki, çift kişilik yatak odaya zor sığmış. Yatağın iki tarafında duvar var. Çok klostrofobik bi odaydı. Bunun dışında çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımsever. Konum olarak otel istiklal caddesinin üstünde çok güzel bir konumda. Ekonomik oda haricinde diğer odaları tercih etmek kaydıyla tavsiye ediyorum.

This was my second stay at the Serene Hotel. Front rooms could be noisy,but it did not bother me. Excellent staff.

Difficult to find but worth value for money

Overall it was good hotel and the most amazing thing was location because it's right in between the Istiklal street. But a major problem we had is to find it by own. It took 1:30 hours to find it because it's inside streets.

In the heart of taksim, a real treasure

I went to serene with a friend and booked a double room. To our luck we got the room with the balcony (which I highly recommend) that looks down on all the busy streets of the shopping streets in taksim. The hotel was lovely, I had no issues whilst I stayed. The only hitch might be that because it's right in the middle of all the commotion from shoppers around taksim and street entertainment right outside the hotel it doesn't quiet down until quite late. If you're looking for a calm and quiet stay in istanbul this might not be the hotel for you, but its convinience to the bars around and transport was a great option for me.

Small room in an alley

Difficult to find the hotel. We took 2 hours to find the hotel as it is located in a small alley with no sign board on the main road. The room is very small.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Istiklalstraße und somit perfekt! Allerdings ist es deshalb auch recht laut (je nach Zimmerlage). Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!!

Otel merkezi yerde .kaldığım oda ve yataklar temizdi..personel iyi niyetli ayrıca ekonomik oda rezervasyon yaptırmama rağmen bana daha büyük odayı verdiler verdikleri oda caddeye bakıyordu .tek olumsuz yanı otelde asansor yok..fiyata göre cazip :)

房間整潔度不錯，只是其中一個早上停電，幸好不是夏天或冷天，地點不太方便，儘管10分鐘到地鐵站，但來往機場也花太多時間，特別是在一個交通網絡較覆雜的地方，如果周末入住，應該很嘈吵，平日較好

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata delle più positive. L'hotel è in buona posizione ma piuttosto rumoroso e riposare anche di notte diventa difficile. A questo si è aggiunto un problema al boiler del bagno che per fortuna è avvenuto di notte altrimenti avrebbe rischiato di allagare la camera e rovinare i nostri bagagli se non fossimo stati presenti. Ma questo ha provocato grossi disagi al nostro già precario riposo e l'assenza di acqua fino a tarda mattinata. L'ultimo giorno ci siamo svegliati senza corrente e per questo non abbiamo potuto ne farci la colazione ne usufruire della luce in bagno per i nostri bisogni mattutini. A parte tanti "sorry" da parte del personale non ci è stato offerto nessun tipo di rimborso.

Son Derece Mükemmel bir konaklamaydı.

Otelin yeri direk olarak İstiklal Caddesinin üzerinde, böylelikle taksim, beyoğlu cihangir, galata gibi semtlerde işi olan yada gezmek isteyenler için müthiş merkezi bir konumda bulunuyor. Bunun dışında odalar gayet temiz ve konforluydu, çalışanların ilgisi ve misafirperverliğide son derece yüksekti. Hatta ekonomi sınıfı oda rezerve etmiş olmamıza rağmen bize istiklal caddesine bakan standart odalardan birine ücretsiz terfi ettirdiler. Bundan sonra Avrupa yakasında kalacağım otel belli. Kesinlikle şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

keine ohrstöpsel kein schlaf

Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesen Hotel - die Reise war halb geschäftlich und halb Urlaub. Ins Zimmer sind wir gekommen nur um zu Schlafen, da wir die ganze Zeit unterwegs waren. Es war sehr schwer den Hotell zu finden und die Taxifahrer in Istanbul wissen oft nicht wohin Sie fahren. Bei der Anreise haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, als gebucht was wir tauschen wollten. Das ging in Ordnung, haben aber das lauteste Zimmer im Hotell bekommen - 5 nächte mit Ohrstöpsel.
