We had a great experience staying at the hotel! Hotel is very clean, the customer service and checking in and checking out were top notch. The lady and gentleman at the reception were very polite and friendly. It’s within a walking distance from a lot of places and transportation. We highly recommend it for anyone.

Amazing staff special thanks to Miss Enass and Mr Moath , they made sure my stay is wonderful, clean hotel , great location . One down side is the area is alive till late which makes it difficult to sleep , but that's expected and accepted due to the close proximity of Taksim square. Thanks again Miss Enass And Mr Moath .

The hotel room was fairly new and clean. Staff attended to my needs promptly. I enjoyed the balcony sitting out and enjoying my morning tea. It is very close to Taskim Square (4 - 5) minute walk wh I don't remember the front desk clerks name but she was outstanding. I was able to check-in a little earlier on my day of arrival. She guided me on some pertinent information. This hotel is good for a short stay as the room was small. Shower was good. Room had a small kitchenette. I had a pleasant stay.

I dont know where to begin.. This hotel with the people and service are top class! 10/10!!! Every time we needed something the staff came and helped us, they were available 24/7 for us. The location, the rooms are perfect - in the heart of Taksim and close to everything in Istanbul. We will without a doubt book this hotel again. A classic cozy hotel, nice looking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In general the hotel is very clean and so are the rooms, the beds are comfortable. I have to come back to Istanbul next month and I will stay here again.

Overall it was good. But the room was a little small. The location is very good. Super close to everything! Very friendly staff and ready to help all the time! Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in der direkten Umgebung. Der Taksim-Platz ist in etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unser erstes Zimmer war leider extrem laut – es fühlte sich fast so an, als würden wir auf der Straße schlafen. Der Grund waren undichte Fenster. Nachdem wir das Problem an der Rezeption gemeldet hatten, haben wir sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Dieses war deutlich ruhiger, allerdings waren auch dort die Fenster undicht, weshalb ich vermute, dass dieses Problem im gesamten Hotel besteht. Positiv zu erwähnen sind außerdem der günstige Taxitransfer zum Flughafen sowie der kostenlose Tee, der am Empfang angeboten wird. Insgesamt sind vier Sterne gerechtfertigt, vor allem wegen des freundlichen Services und der sehr guten Lage, auch wenn die Fenster dringend verbessert werden sollten.
