Reyyan Hotel is an excellent choice for exploring Istanbul’s historic area. Its location is very convenient, allowing you to reach almost all of the city’s most famous attractions either on foot or by public transportation. We had a wonderful stay of 8 nights, thanks in large part to the extremely helpful and hospitable staff. We were always greeted with a smile, and the reception team fulfilled every request even before our arrival. They offered great advice on places to visit, how to get around, and where to eat. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. If I return to Istanbul, I will almost certainly stay here again. Special thanks to Fazal and Ehsan — two incredibly kind and helpful people, just like the rest of the Reyyan Hotel staff.

The rooms were clean, the fixtures new. The bathroom was very clean and the staff are amazing. Ehsan and the rest of the front staff went above and beyond to be helpful. They gave us recommendations of where to eat and helped us arrange airport transportation for a large party and luggage.

DONT REPEAT MY MISTAKE, DO NOT STAY HERE This hotel is the ONLY REASON I HATED ISTANBUL. THE WALLS ARE THINNER THAN PAPER. FROM MY ROOM, I CAN HEAR OTHER ROOM PEOPLE TALKING (in normal tone, they are not shouting). Also I heard the TV, and I CAN EVEN HEAR FROM OTHER ROOMS WHEN WE ARE BOTH IN THE BATHROOM. After several discussions on my morning, the "night manager" offered to compensate us with a free airport shuttle. The moment he finished his shift, he sent me a message mentioning that they can not arrange the shuttle and blocked me. This generated me more logistics problems, completely ruining my stay at the city. (screenshot attached) And, for worst, NONE OF HIS CO WORKERS were able to assume the responsability NOR MANAGED TO FIX ANY OF THE SITUATIONS. Personnel of the hotel lacks of profesionalism and the behave disrespectfully. If you are coming on vacatios, know that Istambul is magic but really energy demanding. If you want to keep it that way (magic) and be able to enjoy it. DO NOT STAY HERE
