Our stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with exceptional kindness, always attentive and ready to help with everything we needed. The hotel's location is unbeatable, which allowed us to explore the area and easily access the main points of interest. Additionally, they have a terrace with spectacular views. Without a doubt, it's a place we would love to return to and would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed 7 nights in this hotel. Everything and everyone that works here is amazing. Since the moment you arrived you feel at home. We got a free upgrade to the best room of the hotel, with a great Bosphorus view. The covered terrace has amazing views! We spend great time here studying and we even cooked our breakfast a couple of times. We are very thankful and grateful with Bedri, Ismael, Murat the man at night in the reception and everybody that helped us! All of them make you feel like family. We will be back for sure in our next visit. Thank you very much!! We really appreciate your service; it made our vacation unforgettable!!

When we first arrived , was given a room that had a bedroom and bathroom upstairs with sink and fridge down stairs . We had to keep walking up and down the stairs continuously. But eventually was given a different decent room . Other than that hotel was great to stay in a very good location. The receptionists were great . I recommend this decent hotel .

We was at lobby level room. Since at lobby have small chairs and table with water and coffee guest sitting there at night and chatting loudly at nights. Also air pollution that area was terrible! Smelled very bad! Good thing that personal at hotel was bery kind and respectful!

This place was horrible. The bed was curved downwards with super old mattresses, I felt there might be some bedbugs as well. There were ants circulating around our shoes, AC was bad. They also entered our rooms twice without asking, once to get the iron and once to open the windows because of an electricity shortage in the area, it was very unprofessional. The only good thing was the hospitality of the receptionists. They were great with everything

The Manager tried to physically attack me!!

The manager tried to physically assault me!!. We checked in today and were informed after we had reached our rooms that we would have to pay an extra nightly fee for my companion. Which is quite rare because we have booked many hotels through apps like hotels.com, and this is the first one who asked us to pay extra for the companion. I agreed to pay but was complaining to the receptionist that this is the first place where they are using this technicality, to charge extra and it’s honestly scammy behavior. Then out of no where, the manager, supposedly named “Kemal” comes and starts pushing me towards the hotel entrance, trying to kick me out. This physical escalation was unprovoked and before that it was just words being used. Gladly, the receptionist and the guests in the hotel lobby jumped in to deescalate the situation, because the “manager” had full intention of physically escalating the situation and causing me harm. Other places might be more expensive but at least you will not leave Turkey traumatized by such a rare experience where the managers try to physically attack the guests.

Sehr nettes Personal und sehr hygienische Zimmer. Zu Fuß ist alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und die Metro ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Werde dieses Hotel immer wieder bevorzugen.
