Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and professional, one of them even lent me his Istanbulkart for public transportation. The spa was nice. We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked decent.

Whole hotel needs a facelift Breakfast selection was terrible, coffee machine had no coffee, they dont have tea spoon, stirrers instead. Looked underneath our bed, before checking out the room - it has dust, litter and never been mopped. Staff name Izzat on the reception is aggressive and never smiles. Wont return.

leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht den beschriebenen Standards. Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht sauber, und es fehlten Handtücher sowie Toilettenpapier für drei Personen. Die Toilette war defekt und musste zweimal repariert werden. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde uns trotz der Umstände nicht angeboten. Das Frühstück war qualitativ unzureichend, Geschirr und Besteck mussten ständig nachgefordert werden. Zudem liefen während des Frühstücks Straßenkatzen im Küchen- und Essbereich herum. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise auf bestehende Allergien wurde keine Rücksicht genommen, wodurch es zu gesundheitlichen Beschwerden kam. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und nachts durch andere Gäste extrem laut, sodass kaum Schlaf möglich war. Mehrfache Meldungen an der Rezeption führten zu keiner nachhaltigen Verbesserung. Die zentrale Lage war positiv, jedoch wurden unser Aufenthalt und die Erholung massiv beeinträchtigt. Ich bitte daher um Prüfung und eine angemessene Teilrückerstattung.

For prisen var hotellet meget fint. Et kæmpe plus at personalet var så søde, man følte sig virkelig velkommen. Placeringen var også perfekt. Tæt på alt. Alt i alt var vi rigtig glade.

Par quoi commencer.. le personnel était vraiment très bien par contre nous avons eu des blattes dans notre chambre. Le lit bébé était tout cassé, ma fille s’enfonçait dedans. Aucun autre lit était disponible. Il n’y a pas de SPA, ni de piscine dans l’hôtel. C’était plus liens dans la rue. Les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisé. On entendait tout ce qui se passait dans la chambre d’à côté. Pour le petit déjeuner, les boissons chaudes étaient couper à l’eau et il y avait quasiment que du salé. Nous sommes très dessus de cette hôtel malgré tout les commentaires positifs que nous avons vu sur celle ci

Hotel bardzo brudny, zaniedbany Sala śniadaniowa nie sprzątana. Brudne podłogi stoliki. Sniadanie bardzo ograniczone od 8-40 do 9-15 puste talerze po 19 minutach ponownie puste talerze. Sniadanie teoretycznie zaczyna się o 7-30 ale o 7-45 nic nie było jeszcze przygotowane nawet maszyna do kawy nie była włączona. Pokoje brudne ściany pełne kurzu łazienka tez brudna. Obsługa nie mówi w języku angielskim nawet na recepcji ciężko się dogadać Nie polecam tego hotelu

Buena ubicación pero calidad básica

La ubicación del hotel está super bien. Se puede ir andando a varios puntos de interés en la ciudad. El desayuno es pobre y con calidad baja. Se paga para cualquier servicio extra incluido piscina. No aconsejo comer o cenar ahí. Es caro y calidad mediana.

Μέτριο ξενοχειο σε καλό σημείο

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο με εύκολη πρόσβαση στα μέσα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ωραίο λίγο μικρό αλλά οκ . Η ηχομόνωση ήταν ανύπαρκτη το χαλί ήτανε βρώμικο όπως και η τοίχοι. Θετικό ήταν ότι η καθαριότητα γινόταν κάθε μέρα. Πλούσιο πρωινό.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est super, plusieurs bons restos à proximité, Plusieurs activités touristiques se fait facilement à pied. La propreté de la chambre laisser un peu à désirer et c’est mal insonorisé.
