The hotel staff are very attentive, and the on-site restaurant is excellent—it offers a wide variety of dishes and provides great value for money. I visited with my family, and the breakfast buffets were quite impressive; I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Ideal location for an overnight stay very close to the airport. We literally used it four a six hour stop over between flights and found the room peaceful, spacious and the bed comfortable. We left super early so didn’t have time for breakfast unfortunately. The staff were friendly and showed us to our room despite the pouring rain.

"The hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and large. The restaurant offered Turkish and world cuisine. The food was amazing, I loved it. I especially recommend trying their pasta - I think their chef is Italian. Very close to the airport. I will definitely come again. It was so enjoyable to have coffee in the garden. Thank you to the whole team

Very disappointed with this hotel. I booked a room for my parents, and the booking inclusions clearly stated that lunch was included from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. However, when they asked for it, the hotel refused to provide the included lunch. If an amenity is advertised as part of the booking, it should be honored. This was misleading and very disappointing. I hope the hotel corrects this and ensures future guests receive the services they paid for!

Unfinished building!

Struggled to find the “hotel” as there is no signage. The building is unfinished and covered in dust, the lady on reception was charming but it doesn’t change the fact that this should not advertise as a hotel; wires sticking out of the walls, bare plasterboard. A new experience for me and one I hope never to repeat!

The photos looked nothing like what I booked.

Hotel is part of Lily Hotel. Doesn’t even have hotel name outside of it, we had trouble finding the place. I booked the hotel because i thought it had a spa and Hammam (it had several pictures of both in the property photos), it had neither. There was a pile of building/construction rubble in the hallway in front of our door. All of that being said, the room itself was not bad.

It's not a hotel

Reservation was not guaranteed. They told no room was available. Name of the hotel -at the address you provided- was different. It was like a hostel mostly Syrian refugees have preferred. I made this reservation for my fiance, and she found 10 times better hotel with a price of $35. Please refund what I paid. This place does not have its own website. It looks like a scam.

Hotel.com didn't not do inspection on that place.

It is a terrible experience. Very rude staff taking bio data of passports on a personal phone. The bed sheet looks very old and dirty. The water is in a small plastic cup. The kettle is not descaled. The channels on the tv was local channels with no understanding. Very unsafe place. The bed was sinking and with a lot of noise when you turn. The look of the place which doesn't look like a hotel on the website is a total scam as the had swimming pool on the website but later said is not opened as the place was rennovating. The smell of the place was toxic.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, super Service!

Die Unterkunft was sehr schön. Gutes, geräumiges und sehr großes Zimmer/ Appartment; sehr sauber. Sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles war vorhanden. Frühstück war hervorragend. Insgesamt war alles perfekt. Das Hotel konnte allerdings nur mit einem Transfer erreicht werden.

Lady on reception was very nice and welcoming. Room was big. It was like apartment. But it had old renovation and actually another address (reception ride me by car about 3 minutes). Included breakfast I ordered on 10-30, I've waiting till 10-55, but nobody showed and I didn't know how to remind them(because reception is too far). So I just left without breakfast.

Good value, near airport

On check-in, I had to pay an extra 5 eur per day for breakfast, which was supposed to be included in the booking. Later, hotels.com resolved this. This hotel is actually a renamed Lily hotel. Walls are thin and there were some noisy guests. However, the manager intervened without me asking. Overall, great value for money if waiting for a flight.
