Really liked the hotel and the area. Quite busy area so there was a bit of noise at night when sleeping but other than that really happy with my stay and would highly recommend.

Good location but the road is busy and quite noisy. Note the photo is the view FROM the hotel and not a view OF the hotel. Good view of the Bosporus.

It's in the middle of the lively Beşiktaş district and is a very safe area. An excellent location. Perfect transport links by boat on Bosphorus, buses, taxis, within easy walking distance to many, many lovely restaurants, bars, cafes, plenty of shopping facilities for all budgets and tastes. Easy to reach for all famous sights and attractions. I stayed here as a lone female passenger on business trip and it exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend. I would stay here again.

The sentence "you get what you pay for" should be this hotel's slogan. We all had stuff broken, or unworking in our rooms. No internet for the first 3 days. Staff is nice, but couldn't help with anything. The area is amazing, though sometimes noisy on football nights.

Worst experience, not nice approach

They attempted to assign me a different room type than the one I had purchased. I wanted to either receive the room type I had paid for or accept a lower category room with a refund of the difference, but they absolutely refused. The reception was strange, and the welcome was unpleasant. Not wanting to be blatantly deceived, I spent nearly an hour corresponding with a hotels.com agent to request a refund and ended up staying at a different hotel. I definitely do not recommend it

AC stopped working after a while. Had to turn it back on. Bathroom was not good. Low quality. Roof was falling apart, shower only had top-mounted shower, and it was also starting to fall apart. Shower leaked to the rest of the bathroom during shower. The adjustment on the wall didnt quite work for hot/cold water, it was pretty random. Most thing's were not 100% in place, like door handle. Toilet was standing on a wooden piece..? There was no soap for hand wash included. We had to ask for shower gel also.. This hotel is not even close to being a 3-star hotel. No issues with wi-fi, and rest of the room was OK. Balcony didn't feel so fresh. It was very loud from the traffic outside even though balcony door was closed.

Otelin konumu cok güzeldi, her yere herşeye çok yakın olması çok büyük bir avantajdı. Çok hareketli olmasına rağmen, ben tek başına bir kadın olarak kendimi çok güvende hissetim, özelikle çalışanların yardımseverliği çok rahat hissetmeme neden oldu. Odamın balkonu ve özelikle manzarası hiç dışarı çıkma gereksimi duydurmicak kadar güzeldi. Hijyen açısından da hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadım. En başta çok tereddüteydim nasıl olur diye ama şimdiden birdaha ki sefer için nerde kalıcamı biliyorum. Herşey için çok teşekkürler.

Geçen hafta oğlumla birlikte konakladik ve ismini yanlis hatirlamiyorsam resepsiyondaki Tolga bey çok profosyonel ilgili ve yardimciydi. Ayrica Utku bey de cok yardımcı ve ilgililer. Müşteri memnuniyeti odaklilar. Otel konum olarak cok güzel merkezi bi yerde. Deniz manzaralı odada konakladik buyuklugu ideal icerinin koncepti cok güzel ve tertemizdi. Tolga bey ve Utku beyin ilgilisyle de cok guzel bir konaklama gecirdik cok tesekkur ediyorum tekrardan. Bir daha ki İstanbul ziyaretimizde kesinlikle tekrar tercih edecegiz.

Reseption çok iyi, konum iyi, gerisi kötü

Resception çalışanları dışında herşey çok kötüydü, konum iyi, temizlik çok kötü okadar söyleyip şikayet etmemize rağmen temizlik yapılmadı 2 gün boyunca 3 gün zar zor temizlettik, ilk 2 gün du yoktu beşiktaşta su kesildiği için , böyle durumlar için otelde su değolamak gerekir, odada telefon çalışmıyor ve genel olarak çok pisti, havalandırma tarafından oda berildi çok gürültülü, banyoda malzemeler yenilenmiyor malesef, ben hiç memun kalmadım ,, bu arada madem temizlikle ve suyla ilgili bukadar sorun yaşatınız, bari telafi etmek için küçükte olsa bir çaba gösterseydiniz, malesef işletme hasasiyeti bu değildir
