Property located is very convenient to Eminonu tram and bus stop. Very walkable to Spice and Grand Bazar as well as walking or taking tram or bus across the bridge to Galata Tower and Istiklal street. Great access to dining, food, convenience store options downstairs all within 1/2 block with prices geared towards locals. This is a budget friendly hotel. Its a place to rest your head at night after a long day if exploring the the great city of Istanbul. The rooms are basic at best but is a great value with a excellent location.

Families stay away from this property. I was charged in full taken from my account without my consent but I was still happy to walk away as we did not feel safe. I will raise a formal complaint against them.

He took my money and give me a room thats very nasty and humidity sheets were dirty and the reception guy was very rude and racist. after i told him that i couldn’t stay at the room cuz it was very humidity and the sheets were nasty he said that i could leave but forgot about my money and He said SISTER IS TURKEY NOT US OR IRAQ HERE IS TURKEY!!!

Biggest problem was, that the hotel had BED BUGS

- But let me start from the start with the first red flag: on the top of the offer on Hotels.com it was written: "Parking available". Then hidden somewhere down in the offer stayed EUR 2/day. But when we arrived he took us to the parking space which was on 3 mins walking distance and there the other guy (who owned the parking) charged us 5 EUR/day!! And when we wanted to access the car on the next day and it was locked, so we had to wait.. - Despite the proximity to the city centre, the area looks extremely sketchy and dirty. Nothing like the photo - The floor and bathroom were quite dirty. The bed sheets were OBVIOUSLY dirty, and there were no blanket and pillow for the 3rd bed, even though we explicitly booked and paid for 3 people. A mere 1 blanket (without cover sheet) and 1 bed sheet were given to us straight from another room with the explanation, that the hotel is full and there is none - The air conditioning started just pouring water over one of the beds in the evening, wetting it. So we had to move it. They said they will send someone to check it. Nobody came, and in the end there was puddle of water on the floor.. - We stayed for one night and couldn't bear it anymore. Of course they didn't give us any money back. - We contacted Hotels.com's support. They were really polite, but couldn't do anything about it. It is a shame, they don't have more robust policy in place for such cases and also, that they allow for such sketchy scammers to thrive. Never again..

Das Hotel ist im großen und ganzen gut, ABER die Bäder könnten etwas sauberer sein auf dem waschbecken und bad ist einfach sehr sehr vieeeeel Kalk was dem anschein gibt das es seit längerem nicht gereinigt worden ist. . Unter dem Betten ist auch etwas Krümel. Das Personal ist sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend, es geht auf wünsche ein und setzt diese um. Der ausenbereich das runter zum stand geht lässt zu wünschen übrig, sehr steil und die Treppe ist auch nicht besonderes sicher. Trotzdem haben wir uns sicher und wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage hat 3 aussen pools und gut für Familien mit Kinder.
