This part of Istanbul has not so interested. Transportation from there needs one hour minimum ( by taxi ) Accommodation,room and staff are very helpful

It is a nice chain hotel and is located close to the mall. Metrobus and Airport Shuttle are very close to the hotel. The room is clean and everything works. The front desk personnel are friendly and helpful. Outside of the mall, there are good cafes and restaurants to go to.

This hotel was very convenient for my purpose. Very close to the Marmara mall. The metro bus stop was right there. There was also a market right across. The room was clean, unfortunately i chose a room that faced the road and was quite noisy. The room was too hot and the fan did not seem to be working. All in all i stayed for 5 nights and it was ok. The restaurant didn't have a lot of choices but again it was convenient in the hotel. Housekeeping was daily and i really appreciated this.

Everything was very good except the breakfast was not the same, I was in this location in the past but this time I little disappointed payed for two meals but lucky I eating one time the bread was like rock and some other items was left over from the day before.

The staff in general are very nice and helpful and pleasant. At the breakfast area when a nonpaying guest needs to be informed that their reservation doesn't include breakfast they should be informed discretely with other guest noticing.

Generally good for the price, excellent breakfast

I stayed four nights in this hotel in a single room. What I liked the most at this hotel was the breakfast which was quite varied and more than enough for a three star hotel. Personel was generally helpful. What I did not like: The hotel has only elevator and although I wrote as a note in my reservation that I want a room in the zero floor because I cannot use the elevator they could provide me a room in the second floor. The fact that the hotel has no stairs but only emergency stairs in case of fire, made my stay quite uncomfortable because I have claustrophobia and I can't use the elevator. That put me in a ridiculous position to ask for help either to use the emergency stairs or to be accompanied when using the elevator. Luckily most of the time I used the elevator with my friend but if no friend the situation is really ridiculous and the fact that the hotel has not normal stairs is not ok. Also, in my room there were two times in which the cleaning personel tried to enter without knocking at the door which was not professional at all because maybe I could change my clothes during that time so I don't want to be seen, they should be more careful at this aspect. Also in the toilet there was no toilet brush and when I came although the room was generally clean, in the toilet there were some hair left on the wall (maybe left from their wipe cloth, I am not sure).
