Un hôtel qui mérite peut-être 3 étoiles ⭐️

Tout d’abord, c’est un hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles, il mérite peut-être 3 étoiles. Il est situé dans le centre de vente en gros, si vous êtes commerçant ça peut être convenable, si non il vaut mieux choisir un autre hôtel. Il n’y a rien que des vendeurs de vêtements en gros.. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel car il avait une piscine mais le problème nous sommes allés seulement 2fois en 6 nuits sous prétexte qu’il nettoyait la piscine. Soit disant la piscine était fermée mais les cours de piscine ( Maitre + élèves ) continuaient à ce faire ( donc c’était fermé pour les clients de hôtel). Le personnel ça va, à part le personnel de l’accueil de piscine, sauna, je trouve qu’elle n’est pas sincère et elle est très pathétique, on se demande se qu’elle fait là-bas. Le petit déjeuner très cher, d’ailleurs tout les repas aussi. L’hôtel loin du centre d’Istanbul et des monuments. Pour ceux qui n’aiment pas la climatisation, attention si vous ouvrez la fenêtre il y a énormément de bruits toute la journée et nuit. L’extérieur et l’entrée de l’hôtel est bien mais les chambres ne sont pas aussi confortables et surtout bruyant on entend la chambre de côté et les bruits des véhicules… je n’irais plus jamais dans cet hôtel, il y a des restaurants environ à un km qui sont bien.

The hotel looks like 4 stars, not 5 stars, the room was quite good and clean, The receptionist staff were 5 stars, professional, very friendly, helpful and they answer any questions with a smile. I checked in 11/10/2020 and there was a lady in the reception which she welcomed us and offered a coffee until the room be ready, the check-in process took from her few minutes and then she described us the hotel and the facilities inside the hotel in a very nice and very clear way, which her English language was very good compared to other staff in different hotels in Turkey, The hotel is located in a busy area called Merter. The breakfast was ok and not bad, but the restaurant was a bit small and the staff at the restaurant need a bit of training to be more professional. Honestly, if I wanna coming again to this hotel it will be just for the friendly and amazing staff in the reception
