Excellent place to stay and eat.

We were on family vacations and stayed 4 nights. Very nice location, right on Istiqlal street at Taskim square. Great service and good food in the resturant. Highly recommended hotel for stay. On negative point no view from the room. Almadina Resturant in the hotel has full marks of variety and delicious food. Will stay again.

Place is nice and clean. Their Breakfast is awesome. Resturant is managed by a famous Turkish cooker. One issue I was faced with is charging my phone and laptop since no English adapters are available at the hotel. Bring your universal adapter with you if you plan to stay in this hotel.

Absolutely amazing hotel ! The whole staff were kind and friendly; they did not hesitate to serve us in every single detail. The breakfast was tasty, in addition to the whole food of BURAK restaurant (which I strongly recommend) was delicious. Plus the super amazing location of the hotel

Oda :(

Kaldığımız oda çok küçük ve bunaltıcıydı. Penceresi bile yoktu. "Daha çok odayla daha çok para kazanmak adına yapılmış bir otel" izlenimi bıraktı. Kahvaltı fena değildi, piknik reçel, bal, çikolata hoş olmamış. Kahvaltı salonunda çalışan Mustafa çok misafirperver ve nazik birisiydi.

I was disappointed with my room wish never stayed there , frankly was more disappointed with management they didn't care at all the customer concern , I asked them few times about getting soft pillow cause i couldn't sleep on their hard full size pillow if you like me only get a sleep on soft comfortable pillow this place is not for you unfortunately i kept asking management stuff no one really care that was my major issue. another issue i had water was leaking from the shower they asked to take care of it two days later came in i told them i no longer wanted anything they came rude they without any consideration i wish i never gone and stay there and their food is overrated i will not go back there my self .

Bon en général malgré quelques points négatifs

Bon hôtel en général, très bien placé à proximité de la place Taksim. La propreté est là, la décoration est très jolie également. Le personnel d'accueil est aimable. Le petit déjeuner compris dans ma formule était satisfaisant, avec du choix parmi les spécialités turques. Cependant, il y a un certain nombre de points négatifs : - les serveurs du petit déjeuner tournent en permanence dans la salle, nous suivent du regard, ramasse chaque petit déchet au fur et à mesure de notre repas, ce qui donne une impression d'être espionné et cela nous met mal à l'aise - quelques problèmes dans la chambre : le lit est inconfortable (lit deux places), le radiateur ne peut pas être éteint (cela dépend du système global nous a-t-on dit) donc la nuit il faisait beaucoup trop chaud (ou trop froide si on actionne la climatisation), les chambres sont plutôt étroites, il n'y a qu'une carte par chambre, et si on l'enlève de son socle, l'électricité se coupe, ce qui n'est pas pratique lorsqu'on est deux.

The location, the staff and the cleanliness are excellent. But, noisy works within the hotel during the 3 last days of my stay as well as lifts dysfunctions are not easy to be accepted.

it is a very nice hotel. location is great. the staff are very friendly and respectful and helpful. breakfast is good. the rooms are big (my reservation was superior room) they first gave us the wrong room which was on the 1st floor with no windows and not as we booked but after we checked with them they directly changed the room and gave us the one we booked. our room was on 4th floor no outside view since the windows are locked and do not open fully for safety. Windows are well sound proof and no noises. When we open the windows there are too much spices and cooking smells from outside since there are kitchens very close in the facing building. overall is good price is a little expensive. but overall it is a nice hotel.

Service is very good and staff is helpful. We really liked the lobby on the first floor, where you can relax and drink turkish tea. Amazing service by staff in the lobby and in the restaurant at the breakfast.
