Lovely hotel, in a very metropolitan area of Istanbul, lots of shopping and eating opportunities within walking distance. Staff are very helpful and always smiling, could not be more welcoming.

The hotel is nice and clean : couple things to note . Once you checked in make sure to check everything works . Our bathroom door was not working and I couldn’t lock it at all . 1- The card key which you can turn on and off your room was not working properly it might take you couple minutes to figure that out because the the card holder was way too lose . 3- Do not ask the receptionist for taxi 🚖 or else you would pay five times more than the average price. Just walk outside there see hundreds of taxi just outside the hotel do not pre book or pay in advance.

Bad service

When I checked in they said my room wasn’t available and they said to cancel. I booked a jacuzzi room and they told me they have none. They sent me to a sister hotel they also owned around the corner down an alley which was not even close to what I paid for very very bad experience the hotel was run down smoking in the lobby and the bed sheets smelt like smoke I didn’t sleep at all. The jacuzzi ended up having brown floating stuff in the water the next morning I was so discusted and they wouldn’t refund my money when I left at 7 am all to have to find another hotel super upset especially since after they said they would when hotels.com called they denied the refund don’t go!

Das Hotel ist super zentral. Sehr viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Personal war freundlich und nett. Die Zimmer sind groß aber in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr starker Tabakgeruch in den Zimmer. Mein Fernseher war leider nicht eingestellt, nach dem ich das unten in der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt habe wollte jemand vorbeikommen aber in den 5 Tagen kam niemand vorbei. Die Zimmer werden nur gereinigt wenn man was sagt. Sonst wird leider nichts gemacht.
