AMAZING HOTEL VALUE FOR GREAT PRICE

my stay was amazing. this hotel is immaculately clean, on a prime central location in Taksim close to restataunst and bought clubs as well as many tours sights and shops. the management were exceptionally kind and helpful especially the owner mister Serdar and khalid at reception. My stay was comfortable, wit no hassle or worries and rooms are huge and clean and beds were very comfortable as well aa new and clean bathrooms. this hotel is ideal for any kind of stay of any duration. i highly recommend it and will stay again.

Site üzerinden hatalı gün seçmemize rağmen gereken yardımı yaptılar.Sık sık kız arkadaşımın yanına şehir dışından gelip otelde kalan biriyim.Taksim civarında kaldığımız diğer otellere göre temizlik, konfor ve ses yalıtımı açısından çok iyi bir otel.Diğer otellerde yaşadığımız sorunları yaşamadık, odalar havadardı ve ısıtma bizim kontrolümüzdeydi.Otelden çıkarken kartvizit istedik, gelecek konaklamamız içinde tercihimiz burası olacak.

Irresponsible hotel

Booked into jetted bath suite, by we were received in a standard room. After 2 nights, they fixed the jetted bath, but it was the wrong number of beds. The owner of the hotel (henceforth, the search engines and contracting companies) will allow you to book into a room the hotel doesn't have (1 double and 2 singles). To make things worse the owner refused to return our money and preferred to keep the 2 nights fees to himself as the 3 of us refused to stay in the 2 bed jetted bath suite. The poor receptionist was kind but helpless. The whole predicament is a reflection of a greedy, self-centred owner who would not take responsibility for own mistakes. I would never book again, not even for free, as you could end up sleeping on the floor.
