Spotlessly clean, quiet, in a central and walkable location. Room is exactly like the picture. The staff are lovely. It is a humble hotel with some old features (old school elevator, etc), but it really has everything you need. I would certainly stay there again and again.

Rooms are small but clean. Location is close to Kadikoy sahil and bus stops. Breakfast starts at 8 am, it could start a bit earlier like 7 am. It would be nice if breakfast would have more variety, like Turkish bagels, omlet, watermelon and etc.

You get all basics you need and don't pay for anything you don't need. All of reception team were outstandingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very basic but ok, though after three days some variations would have been welome. I would call the room very economical. A very nice touch was the free of charge safe in the wardrobe. For the benefit of more space I had booked a double room just for myself, if indeed traveling with a compagnion, I would have found the bed too small for two people, especially with only one blanket provided. Same goes for the bathroom, hardly enough hooks for two people to put up their towels, wetbags etc. For me alone both were fine though. Location is not exactly on the nicest street, but it felt absolutely safe to walk outside at any time, day or night. Just a little bit further uphill is a very nice pedestrian area with tons of restaurants and stores too. Also the hotel is very conviniently located close to Ferry Boats, a mayor bus terminal and the Metro system. Noise from the street during the night (sleeping with open window) was very low, no problem at all. WiFi was very slow at best. If visiting the same area in Istanbul again on my own, I would definately choose Alize Life Hotel again

It's a great place to stay at that place, staff are very friendly a d helpful. Rooms are in modern top condition, with a very good Internet connection. And in the morning you can enjoy a fabulous breakfast from the buffet.

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé dans l'ensemble. Pas de problème à signaler sauf le chauffage qui était allumé au maximum donc il faisait très chaud dans la chambre même en décembre. Mais l'hôtel est très simple et idéalement situé.

Стамбул Кадыкёй отель Alize Studio Homes

Отель имеет очень удобное ра положение, если прилет в аэропорт Сабиха... От остановки HAVABUS минут 5 пешком. Так же удобно расположен и к пристани паромчиков на идущих на Европейскую часть города. В пешей доступности и рыбный рынок и район Мода ,и набережная. Вобщем расположение отеля отличное. Сам отель чистый, обычный, скромный. Соответствует цене. Завтраки так же стандартные турецкие. Многих вводиь в заблуждение слово шведский стол. В Турции -это вареные яйца, хлеб,колбаса, сыр, помидор, сок. Просто-это будет не порционно, одно яйцо и один бутер на человека, а положено на тарелку и можно взять хоть 1 , хоть 3 шт,но набор " инградиентов" неизменен. Яйцо, чай, бутер, ну могут дать пакетик сухой каши ( сами в микроволновке " сварите"). Ни каких гор из готовых каш, салатов, фруктов ,конечно же, нет.Это только в сетевых 5 звездах, или на юге Турции.Но я считаю , они и не нужны.. Ведь не есть приезжаем.А гулять.К тому же рядом много кафе, ресторанов. Знаменитая улица баров, пешком мин 7. Но вот чего я не поняла,откуда отельеры взяли фотографию, которая висит на сайте на главной странице.. Ничего подобного , такой комнате, залу, мы не видели.И отопление.. На фото это центральное отопление, как наши батареи, но на самом деле- они не работают и обогрев идет от кондиционера.. Но в принципе мы не мерзли.Зато в отеле есть лифт и не нужно гонять на 5 этаж пешком. Хотя в отеле он идет как 4этаж.Первый-то у них 0. Вобщем отель нормальный. Вполне соответствует запрошенным деньгам.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich herunter gekommen, wirkt eher wie eine Pension. Kartenzahlung ist nicht möglich, das Safe in Zimmer war kaputt und das Fenster voll Vogelkot. Die Möbel sind sehr alt und billig. Zudem sind die Wände so dünn und hellhörig, das wir alles hören konnten, was sich im Nebenzimmer abspielte und daher kaum Schlaf fanden. Das Frühstück war ziemlich mager, so dass wir in der Umgebung frühstücken mussten.
