"Great hotel with free shuttle to airport and friendly staff and good restaurant"

"Shuttle driver drove angry, and not like in the good way that gets you to you gate on time but more like the type that results in a broken luggage wheel. Room had like zero ventilation. Oh, and for future guests, the water in the mini-fridge is free, but they don’t tell you this anywhere. You are supposed to just know that it is not on the price list that is proudly displayed. So tap water it was. The outside is pretty."

"Stayed at MO.OM Hotel recently and overall had a nice and relaxing stay. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. One thing to note is that the hotel is not very close to the train station, so you will likely need to get an Uber or taxi which can cost around €22 or more depending on the time and location. There also aren’t many shops or places nearby, so we had to go to the nearby Iper shopping centre to buy snacks and essentials. The spa was lovely, however it is not included in the hotel stay and costs an additional €35 per person to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel very clean and relaxing. It was a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable rooms made it a pleasant experience."

"The whole stay was wonderful. Exceeded expectations in every way. Food was amazing quality & reasonably priced. Breakfast had everything you need and so fresh. Views and spa facilities were incredible. Couldn’t recommend enough. I am gluten free and only had to tell the restaurant once. The next day they remembered, freshly made gluten free bread every day. Gluten free nibbles with drinks. Perfect. Massive shout out and thank you to Luca P who made our last meal so special. Very attentive and attention to deal was second to none. Thank you Kurhaus for the most amazing stay. "

"The hotel is quite modern, offers decent breakfast and the reception staff were very friendly. Only issue I experienced is that a guy entered my room after had checked-in. When he saw that I was in there he said “excuse me” and left. As I was relaxing in my bed at the time I couldn’t see who it was, it could have been cleaning or maintenance staff or it could have been that the room was accidentally assigned to another guest. All I know is that the person had a valid key and did not knock, so thought that the room was empty."
