Beach Front Condo Spring Break Steps to the Beach Special

Enjoy the good life by the sea and our first floor end unit #132, just 7 steps will certainly help you accomplish these objectives without a lot of steps to wear you out. Save your energy to walk the beautiful beach or fish from the pier that is private to Sea Cabin guests.

Experience the sunrise with a cup of coffee on your newly carpeted furnished balcony. The view of the ocean from here is great and the rhythmic sound of the sea and breeze off the ocean may tempt you to want to enjoy lunch and dinner from here as well. However, if you do want to get out, no problem, the condo is located in the heart of the recently renovated downtown Isle of Palms shopping, restaurant and entertainment area.

There is Newly Renovated Kitchen, New Tile Flooring, and new Wood Flooring in the Living Area. A queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and two built in bunk beds (great for the children) directly across from the master bedroom. Linens and towels are provided, beds are made upon your arrival and departure cleaning is provided.

The beach is simply seven steps down and a short walk from your condo. The condo also features a large oceanfront pool with a lot of decking for sunbathing by the beach. There is also a nice grilling area for your outdoor cooking. If sightseeing is on your agenda, you are only a few miles to Sullivans Island and Fort Moultrie or just 13 miles to the historic District of downtown Charleston.

You are also within minutes of Cape Romaine Wildlife Refuge, USS Yorktown(...as seen on Scy. Fy. Ghost Hunters...) and Bulls Island. We have not even considered yet the many fine golf courses in the area. The activities and fine restaurants abound. The condo was a parking lot away from the beach only about 50 yard walk. The condo was as described but a little misleading as the washer and dryer were in a different building and no beach chairs found in condo. Had some concerns with the stove ventilation, it didn’t work and the fire alarms did not work. Let the owner know but nothing was communicated back to me.

The Beach Front Condo was perfect for our mom/daughter beach trip. The condo was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen (although we didn't cook), the bathroom appeared to be updated (bath/shower was great), and it was steps to the beach. There are beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to use, although it was cold during our trip and we didn't use them. It really had everything needed for a fun trip to the beach and Charleston. Tom was a great host and communicator.

Great place to stay, just minor cleanliness issues that were rectified by pre washing prior to use. Other than that, this is a great place to stay. The location is excellent. Easy check in and checkout process. If you’re looking for an easy, reliable place to stay near the beach- this is it!

I loved my stay in this little beach condo! Like all homes, it has a few idiosyncrasies, but to be able to have the balcony door open and hear the sound of the ocean as I read in the comfy chair…bliss! This time of year was a splendid time to visit; I’ve already made note for next year! Plus, the unit is on the end, so that made the location even better!

The ocean sounds, sun rises, and sunsets were the best aspects of my stay in Isle of Palms. I would not stay in the same place again due to the lack of cleanliness, the shower curtain was filled with mold, there are dead bugs inside pots and pans in the cabinet, and a palmetto bug on the floor in the bedroom during my stay. This is by far one of the most dirty places I have ever stayed in and I travel often. The host was also not forthcoming when I reached out to him and told him my concerns he did not respond back. I usually give a raving review for everywhere I stay but this time I just can't.

Great Condo

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Cabins. While this may not be the newest unit, you simply cannot beat the price. Everything was clean and worked well. It was a great location and I appreciated only having to climb a half a flight of stairs. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue. No complaints!

Affordable, cute, but needs a little TLC

So glad we chose this affordable unit at Sea Cabins! The location was excellent. Beachfront and can walk to all the restaurants, etc. First floor meant less stairs! The corner unit meant more breeze. And you can see the ocean over the dunes. All the amenities were there; full size fridge, oven, microwave, coffee pots, etc. The only drawbacks were the place could use some TLC. We had to repair a drape rod as well as a towel rack that both fell off the wall. Also the beach umbrella was old and snapped right in two in a gust of wind. Unit could use some caulk and a good deep cleaning! I recommend washing all dishes before use! The mattress should be replaced soon - sags to the middle. Otherwise, it's a great location and quite adequate for a few days stay at the beach. : )

Beautiful location, super convenient

Great location, good amenities! Bed was comfortable and A/C worked great. Kitchen and spaces were clean, though some of the towels were a little used. Otherwise the amenities and facilities were great, and the location is super convenient to the center of IOP! Would definitely recommend again.

Perfect location, awesome condo

I've stayed at a few of the Sea Cabins over the last several years, I'd highly recommend this unit. It is one of the cleanest places I've stayed at here. Perfect short walk to the beach and pool. All the appliances needed to not eat out every day, but also close to several local establishments. Plenty of bathroom towels and linens/pillows provided for a week stay. Also, it was so nice having a working ice maker in the freezer, you don't realize how nice this is until filling a cooler twice a day for the beach. Highly recommend!!!!

Very clean, a short walk to the beach

The condo was very clean and as described! It was well worth the value! Just a super short walk to the beach with its own private beach access, private pool, and even private pier! Just a couple of min walk to local restaurants!

Unfortunately only short stay...

We would have very much loved to stay longer in this nice apartment. Unfortunately, due to the tropical storm Debby and extensive rain, we had to leave the apartment and area earlier than foreseen. What a pity...!

Location, Location, Location

Great location! We never moved our car and walked everywhere. Several restaurants close by. Easy access to beach.
