We had a wonderful stay at Naj Casa Holbox. Our rooms were clean and well maintained. We had fresh bottled water privided daily. There was a coffee pot with coffee (1 pkg provided daily), a microwave, small grill, mini fridge, and hair dryer. Each room has a small deck facing the pool, and 2 xhairs and a hammock chair. Staff were lovely! Friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Carina, who serves breakfasts in the morning and bartends in the afternoon is a real sweetheart. So welcoming and friendly- she really made our stay! The food we had in the onsite restaurant was delicious as well. I would recommend that the owners add stick on felt to the bottom of the indoor chairs, as the sound of the wooden chairs being scraped on the tile floors carries through out the rooms. This would really help decrease that noise.

Fantastic hotel very close to the ferry and not too far from the beach. Friendly staff and excellent room service. Beautiful modern hotel.

Very nice hotel Clean room with ac and mini fridge, bed were confortable, nice pool, very kind staff, good breakfast included You can also get beach towel and iron They have a fridge near the reception if you want to buy cheap bottle of water ( cheaper than the beach club and resto) Pretty quiet around the hotel 5-7 mins from all restos and about 10 mins from the beach, no need of using the taxis I would 100% recommend this hotel

Naj Casa was a great choice for my stay on the island. The property is extremely clean, well kept, and the rooms are impeccables. The staff at the front desk are super friendly and accommodating. The open air morning breakfast on the hotel roof top is a convenient way to start your day. The area restaurants, small retail stores, grocery markets, convenience stores, street vendors, beach clubs, etc, are all within walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, close enough to town centre, but on a quiet street. The room was very spacious and had a large kitchenette with lots of cabinets, dishes, cutlery, small fridge and microwave. Our room was on the first floor and had a small seating area separated for privacy with lush greenery and easy access to swimming pool. The staff of the hotel were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay again or recommend this lovely hotel.

The staff here are amazing. They went above and beyond for our stay. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day. The restaurant serves good and affordable meals. They even gave me a surprise in my room for my birthday. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. It’s a quick 10-minute walk to the main square, so close but also far enough that it’s quiet in the evenings.

Hotel is very clean, beautiful & modern. I stayed 3 nights. The breakfast included was a great value, and with options! My room was spacious, facing the pool and courtyard. It had a small fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker & panini iron. The pool is pretty but small, I didn't get to use it in the daytime much as there were families in it all day. It was nice to go in for a dip after dark, float and look up the stars. I loved my patio with comfortable chair hammock.

I had a fantastic 6 night stay at Naj Casa! I’m so glad I decided to go with this hotel. It was perfectly walkable to the beach, to the main centre, and to the ferry. The room was spacious and clean, it was simple but had everything I needed. The balcony, kitchenette and smart tv were a welcome addition. The best part for me was the pool. It was nice alternating beach days for pool days. The loungers were super comfortable and they got great sun all day. Having the pool bar right there was handy as well! Would definitely return.

Great hotel, would recommend

Really friendly staff, lovely pool and rooms with great air con. Clean and nice feel, quiet at night. 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the town. Only complaint would be would be nice to have some umbrellas by the pool to provide more shade. Would definitely recommend

Lovely stay which we really enjoyed

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, spacious well designed. The only things we would change are: 1) lower / no / at least other Music in the pool area. The Music was loud and completely misplaced genre wise. 2) up the quality of the breakfast Thanks for a lovely stay though.
