My husband and I stayed 5 days. The staff was always friendly, helpful and attentive to our every need. The food was also amazing. We always felt safe and secure. What an amazing place in Holbox. Staff were super friendly and helpful ! Kuddos to receptionists for being so awesome. Hotel is in what I think the best part of island , just away from town enough to get there in 5 min by taxi . But also in the best spot to catch the best sunset every day! Hotel is in excellent condition and my ocean barefoot room was amazing and impeccable. If you say here you dont need to book a bioluminescence tour since this spot is literally 3 min walk ! A simple google search will show you ( you are welcome) Beach club is lovely with super reasonable prices fo drinks and food!

The bow DELEK Holbox (changed owners right before we got there) couldn’t have been any better. Way on the far end of Holbox away from the city and all the other hotels. Super close to Punta Coco and Passion Island where all the Flamingos are. Despite changing over systems with new ownership staff went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing time in Holbox. Food was quite good and breakfast being included was awesome! Would highly recommend to anyone. Oh and there r water taxi’s that drop you off right on their beach from the port of Chiquila

The room was great and spacious. The hotel was recently taken over by a new hotel group and we’re in transition. The breakfast was great but the menu and food at dinner were less desirable. Hope they can work out the kinks. Pool area is lovely, rest of the property needs attention.
