Such a pleasant surprise, smaller super cute hotel, with impecable cleanliness and amazingly friendly team. Loves that we walked everywhefe and the free shuttle to the sister-hotel restaurant for the complimentary scrumptiously delicious breakie was soooo convenient! Opted to hang on a different beach club than the one included but loved everything about this place. Def will be back.

Really good

We would definitely stay here again! Good location with good restaurants and cute stores close by, it’s calm and the staff was very friendly. For breakfast and beach access, the hotel had free taxi rides both way. But this worked very smoothly and it is also possible to have a nice walk between.

Loved our stay here at Hotel Siesta! Room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Location of hotel is great, walkable to so many food and bars. It is quite a walk from the beach, but they have the option of the hotel taxi taking you to have breakfast at La Hamacas and you can stay at the beach then!

Above and beyond expectations!

Amazing staff, Incredibly convenient location! You are two blocks away from the center’s Main Street and from the beach. The hotel also offers breakfast and a place by the beach where you can enjoy the views and relax. Two thumbs up!

Great property location close to the town centre but a nice quiet nights sleep. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a shuttle ride away we had one issue waiting a while for shuttle to get back. Room was clean, however there were a few ants in the bathroom.

Lovely place, really great value - best of both, you’re right in the town so can enjoy the shops and cheaper restaurants but the option to spend the whole day at the beach club after your (excellent!) breakfast, and the beach club is right at the most beautiful part of the island. We loved it! Only slight improvement would be bedside lights in the room or a slightly less harsh overhead light as it made the concrete feel a bit prison like at times. Thanks hotel siesta for an amazing stay - we hope to come back one day!

Hotel was clean and front desk ladies were amazing and very helpful. The breakfast (off site) was very good with lots of choices. The location was good however I don’t think I would book this hotel again for a couple of reasons; 1. Room was very small. 2. Prefer having a pool. 3. No sitting area outside our room. 4. No amenities in the hotel. 5. No fridge in the room.

Siesta is a great choice for your Holbox vacation

Amazing 6 Night trip staying at the Siesta. The entire staff was very friendly and a Special shout-out to Victoria for her great restaurant recommendations. The rooms were beautiful and we had no issues with Hot Water like some properties on the island and the wifi worked well too. This was our second visit to Holbox and we were torn between staying in the town or on the beach and the Siesta delivered the best of both worlds! They include breakfast at a beautiful beach club that they drive you to each day. And this is not a breakfast buffet, they actually include a gourmet breakfast that you order off of the menu. The Siesta also provides beach towels and a beach bag. There is an area where you can spend the day at the beach after breakfast and they will send a taxi to bring you back to the hotel up until 5pm. The hotel definitely offers a great value and we will definitely be back!

Love Hotel Siesta! AMAZING STAFF

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Siesta Holbox. It is conveniently located two blocks away from El Centro, two blocks away from the beach, and two blocks away from Hot Corner (the central party spot of the island). It's next to everything, and the staff is superb! Martha, Jhoana, and Nelly were amazingly accommodating to everything and anything I needed. You will be paying for your stay upon check-in. Call your credit card company before traveling so they don't block your card. Cash rules! Carry plenty of it. Upon arrival, you'll receive a cold water bottle and a towel to wipe the travel journey off your forehead. You'll also get a bracelet for breakfast (included) at the restaurant Las Hamacas, located at the Villa Caracol Hotel, and you will have access to areas of that hotel. Ask for the shuttle to Las Hamacas 15mins before. That's how long it takes for one of the guys to drive over to get you. You will get a beach bag for your stay and a card for a beach towel which you can exchange for a clean one. There are bikes on the premises. I did not rent one, so I don't know the rental fee. The room is big and beautifully decorated. The bed is heavenly and comfortable. Your room will be cleaned daily, tip. There is a Smart TV. The lighting is low, so consider packing a ring light as I did. Ask them to wash your clothes before your departure. The fee varies depending on your load. It's worth it! Download WhatsApp because all your communication will be through there.
