Room was much smaller than anticipated and the AC unit was in the upstairs loft area so the upstairs bedroom got super cold and the downstairs bedroom was hot. Air did not circulate well. Because our room was in the front of the hotel, the balcony overlooked the busy street. It was extremely noisy and bright from the street lights in the evening. One night the place next door partied and played music all night long on a week night. Location was good and in an easily walkable area. We felt safe and hotel was clean and staff was very friendly.

Great location, super clean and adorable decor, love how picturesque this place is. The staff is super friendly, breakfast was delish (the maracuya water is so delicious and refreshing) would definitely stay here again :)

We love El Pueblito! It’s our home away from home! So beautiful and welcoming, and the location in the heart of Holbox is amazing.

L’hôtel, en général, est dans un état moyen. Il manque de peinture sur les trottoirs, la piscine est bien mais il manque des tuiles de céramique et le jacuzzi fonctionne une journée sur deux. Le personnel a l’accueil est sympathique mais le reste des employés nous ignorent. Il nous a fallu changer de chambre car la première qui donnait sur la rue était TRÈS bruyante même après la fin du carnaval. Le petit déjeuner qui est servi n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Peu de choix et la qualité est défaillante. Le jeune homme, seul, pour servir le petit dej peine à fournir et nous sommes chanceux si on a un sourir ou une salutation. Les chambres sont propres et la literie est confortable. Un séjour décevant.

Hôtel sympathique, construit avec charme. Super bien situé sur l’île, tant par rapport au ferry qu’au cœur d’activité. Bonus, le soir ou le matin vous pourrez peut être rencontrer le raton laveur qui habite les lieux
