This is a scam. The property is horrible. We were shifted to another property by the same owner despite paying beforehand. The bed had bedbugs. There was literally no cleaning and we were left sore from the bed.

Autobahn Feeling

Für alle die ihren Urlaub so grausam wie nötig gestalten wollen und es lieben direkt unter Lärm zu schlafen, kann ich diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Eine komplett überteuerte Unterkunft, die eigentlich keinen Stern hat aber bei Hotels mit 3 Sternen angegeben ist. Woher diese Kommen? Weiß anscheinend niemand, selbst die Unterkunft selbst nicht. Noch schlimmer war die Unterstützung von Hotels.com die uns unglaubliche 15% Entschädigung zugesichert hat. Wir sind direkt am nächsten Morgen abgereist und haben einen Urlaubstag verschwendet um eine neue Unterkunft zu finden und mit Hotels.com zu diskutieren. Naja dies ist unsere Erfahrung. Ich hoffe ich konnte ein paar Leuten mit dieser Bewertung einen Urlaubstag retten. Weil Hotels.com wird es sicherlich nicht tun, dafür ist ihre Provision zu hoch.

Me gustaron varias cosas:su fácil acceso caminando, el trato del recepcionista (Facundo) en el check-in, su cercanía a TODO(playa, restaurantes, comercio, etc.) seguridad, limpieza, la terraza. Cumplieron con todo lo ofrecido.

El personal es muy amble y accesible. El punto negativo de esta hotel es que las paredes son delgadas y compartidas entre las habitaciones lo lo que a se puede escucha. Toda clase de conversaciones y sonidos de los vecinos altas hora de la noche. . Si tienes el sueño ligero, No te la recomiendo.

Buen hotel en planta alta en relac calidad/precio

El alojamiento en cuestión de relación precio/ cálidad está muy bien, sin embargo la chapa es muy insegura y NO TIENEN "BEACH ZONA" como dice en su portada hablé por WhatsApp y me dijeron que fuera a un restaurant xx que estaba en la playa que si consumía me permitían estar ahí....busque, busque y pregunté a mucha gente ..me informaron que no existía ningún lugar de ese nombre, pregunté a los chicos de recepción y limpieza y dijeron que ellos que supieran no contaban con ningún lugar en convenio en zona de playa. Tuve la fortuna que me tocó en planta alta no había humedad.. la alberquita no la llenas y los 3 camastros no tienen cojines. Podrían acondicionar muy bien el techo para una estancia de 10. Funcionó muy bien TV, AA, agua caliente, internet intermitente pero así es en toda la isla.

Todo un desastre... reservamos por la web, y cuando llegamos no tenían disponibilidad, despues de dar mil vueltas, nos enviaron a otro hotel que al parecer era mas caro y nos querían cobrar la diferencia. Despues de la primera noche nos mudaron al hotel donde habíamos reservado. Nos limpiaron la habitación a medias y nos dieron unas llaves que no funcionaban. Estaba sucio el baño, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, se escuchaba todo el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas. La encargada, Karla, vive con su madre en una de las habitaciones, y habla a los gritos todo el día con ella... imposible descansar en este lugar...IMPOSIBLE

Ubicación excelente y precio igual Servicio de José el recepcionista muy bueno Lo que no me gustó es que se escucha todo de los cuartos continuos, todo lo que hablan, música a alto volumen 7 am!!! Y del otro cuarto hasta 2 am la música ! Pésimo si te toca esa mala suerte de personas egoístas como ellos ya que no descansamos casi nada, tiene frigobar que es un plus, cuarto pequeño pero no tuvimos inconveniente con eso Solo el ruido y eso que yo uso tapones para oídos al viajar
