You get a feeling that they are not just doing a job but they are emotionally invested into what they are doing . Human touch - their personal touch in everything . Right from the person who opens the door of your car - hotel entry point, front office reception, restaurant service , housekeeping and all those are invisible to guests but their work is totally visible . It’s a pleasure to be touched with such joy and love at every point . That is why I love staying in Eros every time I am in Delhi ."
