"Our family of four travelled to Munich during December. We had randomly chosen the hotel through expedia as it was close to the Christmas markets and the train station and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children nicely. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful with anything we needed. We really enjoyed the welcome drink voucher on our arrival. The room was right accross the main hotel lobby, it was clean and cleverly laid out and we had complimentary coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine as well as water and beer/soft drinks in the fridge. The neighbourhood is busy but quiet, there is a coffee/sandwich shop and a supermarket close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back!"

"Loved the room, and the service… but “Complimentary Breakfast” was only allowed for 1 guest of all 3 of us. This was not disclosed at check in. So getting a hefty bill (>$30) for 2 cups of coffee and a roll was very frustrating."
