No respetaron la reservacion. Llegamos alas 2 de la tarde y la persona en recepción simplemente se concretó a decir que todavía no salian los huespedes y no sabia si saldrían o no, que podia esperar pero no sabia cuanto tiempo y que no me aseguraba que hubiera lugar

La limpieza deja ocho que desear. Tuve que pedir cambio de habitación porque mi pie de cama tenía unas manchas blancas de dudosa procedencia y así me entregaron la habitación. Al pedir que lo checaran su única solución fue “si quiere le quito el pie de cama” para quitarlo, yo podía hacerlo...

solicite el apoyo para un taxi y le pregunté al chavo que estaba en la mañana del día 13 diciembre y olímpicamente me dice que no sabía a qué hora llegaría mi taxi y a mí me urgía tomarlo por lo que tuve que salir mejor a la calle a tomar uno y muy digno quería que me quedara a esperarlo pero el no sabía ni en qué tiempo llegaría mala atención y profesionalismo de este chico en fin para futuro lo pensaré en llegar ahí

The rooms was newly renovated and looked nice but there was no seal on the outside door and you can hear everything outside as if there was no door on there. The pool was old and real dirty. The pictures online are really old and must have been taken many many years ago when the vote was new. It is now very very run down on the outside. The trees in front of the building look only about 4feet tall in the online pictures where in reality today are almost 25 feet. Just a reference on how old the pictures are. If you like a real hard bed and a lot of noise this is the place for you. Apparently this hotel isn’t in the safest part of town but that’s just what I was told. I didn’t have any issues.

El hotel se encuentra muy buen ubicado. La comida del restaurante muy bien y el desayuno incluido es a la carta café, jugo fruta incluido y a elegir entre varios platillos. Las habitaciones son remodeladas, cómodas. Lo único que faltó fue remodelar el área húmeda del baño pero todo muy bien.

Mal trato :(

Contrate 2 habitaciones, la ejecutiva sin problema.La promoción decía: habitación doble máximo 4 personas con desayuno incluido. No se porque no se guardo cuando hice la reservación que serían 3 personas. La de la recepción de mal modo dijo tenía que pagar la persona extra y a la hora de los desayunos de esa habitación NO los dieron. Luego fue un tal Alexander a la habitación y en mal plan me estuvo cobrando. la alberca estaba súper sucia no la pudimos usar. Están poniendo un elevador y me dieron la habitación justo enfrente. muchos trabajadores martillando hacisn mucho ruido. O sea cero tranquilidad. No me quisieron dar el comprobante del lo que pague en los desayunos.

Hotel cómodo.

Fue una buena estancia, habitaciones cómodas y personal amable. Lo único fue que al inicio nos dio un poco de temor, ya que entre los huéspedes había policías municipales, y había otros huéspedes que parecían ministeriales o algo así... la Primer noche no fue muy cómoda por esa situación pero después nos relajamos ya que los policías fueron respetuosos y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente.
