When I could not get access to the hotel?I called the number and the lady was very helpful and explained what I needed to do and where I needed to go.The parking lot was very well-lit.The inside was very clean and the rooms were spotless and smelled really good

Cleanest hotel/motel I have stayed in. We stayed in a room with 3 queen beds so our whole family of 6 could be in the same room and sleep comfortably. We didn't arrive until 11 p.m. so check in was via a kiosk, which was nice, but a learning experience. Was able to get assistance by calling the phone number to gain access to the second room with additional beds.

Pleasant Surprise

While it was a new experience checking in via kiosk, and not seeing a single staff member, I couldn't be more pleased!! The property was impressive, everything appears new. The breakfast area was well stocked with a variety of choices. Even a snack or two for a very late arrival. If travel brings you to the area, it's worth the short drive west of Aberdeen!

It was freshly remodeled - clean and comfortable (good pillows!) It was very self-service. I was unable to get checked in at the kiosk in the entry - had to call for assistance, and the ehole process took awhile. Breakfast is "gas station" type food - no fresh fruit, but nice selection of bottled juices. They were out of milk for cereal. 😒 Appears to be run by 1 person. Only motel in town.

Great experience with the Yellowstone Motel, though I would suggest they get some better curtains to block the outdoor lighting. It was pretty tough to fall asleep with the LED beacon directly outside the window, but otherwise it was a great motel and experience!

The check-in process was frustrating. Expedia did not send a second code so we couldn’t check in without calling three times to the owner who finally answered to check us in. The rooms were nice, but the check-in process detected from the stay.

Check in was confusing. The economy rooms are in a different building with booth indoor and outdoor room access. Your key card will only work on the indoor access, and the door leading in looks locked but is not. Maybe providing an email with check-in directions would help. When I called the motel number, no one answered. Took me 2 trips and 4 key cards back and forth between the two sites to figure it out.

This hotel is in new and amazingly beautiful shape. I had to come in quite late into the evening and the owner was flexible in accommodating me. The only thing that was unusual was that my room was in the building that is not attached to the main building, about a block away. (On the phone the owner said it was three blocks which technically it might be but in reality it did not seem that far at all.) I did feel a little isolated. However I am sure in the busy season it's hopping. The value for the money was terrific.
