"Nice and close to the airport and marina"

"Booked a room with an ocean view and was given partial view. Vanity light in room didn’t work and was broken, called to make a report and no one came to check it out. Found a cockroach in our room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful but conditions could be better. Room service food was honestly so nasty. Kind of annoying that all pool/beach chairs said “no reserving” and everyone left their towels since the early morning. I did enjoy that it was pretty quiet and not as hectic as the kids side so we were able to relax. "

"The pool and spa and snack restaurant at the pool were great. The service was excellent. I really felt 5 stars to my surprise since it’s a holiday Inn. Wi-Fi was good all over the hotel (the staff helped me with it). Will go back on my next stop to Puerto Vallarta. Roberto was the best for service and client satisfaction. "

"Good value for the price. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Food is quite good most of the time. Not fancy, but quite nice. Beautiful gardens and sea views. I’d recommend for a family or anyone. They were very good with our celiac gluten free diet needs as well."

"Went in March '26. Picked this hotel in part because fo the advertised, "Best Breakfast Buffet", it was NOT. Probably one of the worse buffet I've been to in a while. No variety and no flavor. Hotel itself was in good shape for it's age, but FYI, there ongoing very loud construction next door that starts around 7A so do NOT expect to sleep in. The hotel was empty given the recent issues but staff would NOT give room upgrade on request."

"In some rooms the beds need to be updated. Continental breakfast room is very small. Would enjoy a waffle maker but otherwise it is good . "

"Staff were wonderful. Food was mediocre. Seemed to be same thing day in ,day out. Italian restuarant was a joke. Was really nice having the choice of marina or beach each day. Great location. Biggest complaint was food. "

"A small resort that was everything our family needed. Despite being located right off the main road, the property is a beautiful oasis. All 4 of us, including two boys (12 & 15), loved the buffet and pool. A special shout-out to David and Angel for keeping us full of yummy, frozen drinks. The beach is quick and easy to get to, and fantastic for those who love beach walking, swimming, or just sitting and people-watching. Our room was on an upper level, with a high ceiling. It took us a night to get used to the sound of the AC, but appeciated the comfort it provided. We loved the balcony, even though it's only (just) big enough for two, as the flowers and mature trees are really lovely. There are restaurants and stores (including Walmart) within walking distance. The marina, as well, is close. We only ventured downtown twice and it was very easy to catch an Uber from the front entrance of the hotel and took 10-15 minutes. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone, with or without kids, who wants a truly laid-back experience."
