I organized a group stay for my birthday celebration, and the team made the entire experience seamless and memorable. "Big resort with plenty to do. Utilised the pools, cabanas and the day spa. Splash restaurant served good food. Buffet breakfast was excellent. All were great. Wasn’t overly happy with a dish I order in the top bar. But minor issue. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Free movies a bonus. Bathrooms could use exhaust fans though. Overall would stay again. "

"Worst hotel ever. The air conditioning was bad. If you changed the temp above 22 the floor would become dripping wet from condensation and consequently everything in the room became damp. The bedding smelt like stale human sweat because of the damp and the wash basin was blocked. We checked out and went to Puri Santrian which was fantastic. "

"We LOVE our stay at your amazing hotel. You all made our vacation extra special and memorable. Staff are wonderful, so kind, nice and helpful. Food and drink were top notch. Amenities, pool, and beach are just amazing - especially my massage. We are truly thankful grateful for everyone esp Velia (guest relation) and Aye (Senses). Thank you all so much! 5 stars! "I came to Bali to check out hotels for my guests to stay at for my upcoming birthday party. I was looking to book 30 rooms. At first, I thought I found the spot. The staff was great. The greeting was so warm, and the service was great.. However, the staff didn't offer a refund after giving my entire group food poisoning. The room had roaches; they fed us rotten eggs; we had to call the doctor to treat our illness. Needless to say, we won't be staying here for my party :( Youve been warned!!!"
