Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and it was 10 to 4 and check in is 3. The staff manning the desk when arriving could be more welcoming. How about a smile and welcome to wyndham or such. It was off putting when you are made to feel that it was our fault and we were an inconvenience that we had to wait for our room to be ready. I can't fault the cleanliest or the accommodations they were great.

There was odor of natural gas, smoking, and baking in the room and facility. Front desk staff said they couldn’t help until a manger came the following day. We checked out one day early and went to another hotel. Not family friendly at all. I think I should be refunded the second night since we did not stay due to poor quality of the facility.

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean this hotel was — everything felt almost brand new. Our room was spotless and well maintained, and the overall property felt safe and welcoming. Parking is free and available onsite, which made things very convenient. Breakfast is offered for a fee; we didn’t try it, so I can’t comment on the quality.
