Check in was good, staff friendly. Our room was really dirty. They offered another room but it had Roaches crawling around so we stayed in our room. it was the worse night of our lives. Roaches crawling all over the wall & floor Tryed to find another hotel but had no luck, we couldn't even sle we p in our car cause there was no room. So we were up all night killing Roaches. also TV antenna hanging from the window, bed headboard falling apart the fridge dirty inside. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

There was a 11pm curfew for children… which is much too late. Now if the children were quiet maybe… but they were very loud. A/c worked great. After being outside in 90 degree heat all day it worked well cooling us down. Recommend bringing your own towels. It was affordable, and decent for the price I paid. I just wish they would keep the noose out of the hallway much sooner than 11pm.

Dirty and roaches

The place is kind of sketchy pulling in. Going to the room, the floors were dirty all the way up the stairs. The room did not seem clean. There were no headboards, just platform beds. The sheets on one bed were dirty and the sheets on the other bed were do thin that I could see the stains on the mattress cover. Then I had to kill two roaches. I left. The best thing I can say is that all the employees were friendly and helpful and gave me a refund.

Lady at the front desk was nice and very helpful but the property over all was pretty trashy and our room was absolutely disgusting
Toilet seat not bolted on
Towel laid over the tub with soaps, right in front of the gross tub

Checked into this property with my daughters for a two night stay, once it got dark the cockroach’s came out, room was disgusting and stink like piss!. When I finally located the person at the desk she instantly apologized and offered a refund said she would approve it when booking agent called but never did, this place is digesting along with the clientele would not recommend anyone stay here infact it shoukd be removed from Expedia and condemned by the city of Franklin, Indiana!!

They charged me twice. I had to.be moved to another room, no tv or cable. Did not get ground room like i asked for. No ice anywhere for cold drinks. The people at the hotel disappeared. Nobody around for several hours. I coukd not check out or talk to someone why i was charged twice. Until i went to the ecno hotel next door. Who leave a hotel with nobody to attend the residence of the hotel

Property was in terrible condition. Walking into the front entrance a terrible smell hits you in the face. In addition the lobby and rooms are nothing like the pictures. The hallway floor had stains and the rooms were outdated. Very poor shape.

Scary. Only stayed one night, noises in hall all night, nonsmoking room smelled like smoke, window was open. Took 4 hours to check in. I will never go back there. Left after first night, tried contacting hotels.com about refund for 2nd night, no response yet. People, especially women, need warned about that place

This has to be TOP 3 of the worst hotels ive ever stayed at. Roaches climing the doors ans walls, no smoke alarms, latex gloves hanging out of smoke alarms, dirty bedding. The whole hotel wreeks of moth balls. You can't get the smell out of your clothes. I'm here on business and our clothes wreek of the hotel smell. Dogs barking in the room next door. Bed was made out of ply wood and broken. You'd be better off sleeping in your car.

Super dirty. Mounds of trash outside the trash can next to entrance. Broken bathtub faucet handle and towel rack, hot - cold water fluctuations, permanently stained white towels and wash cloths, no mini shampoo, small TV with only 12 channels. The entire facility looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 20 years. Needs to be condemned. The photo views on this site are a "scam" representation. I should call VISA and dispute the charges of $100 per night.

OMG

The best part was the room was mostly clean. But it run down, noisy, bath room faucet needs repaired, but you can rent for the week for $350. NOT US. As we realized to late that it was Indy 500 weekend, We can see why it was last room in the area.
