"The hotel is definitely 1 step away from being dilapidated. The hallways are dark. The rooms are lights are dim the a/c does not get cold even when set to the coldest temp. The hot water is TOO HOT. I think I got a first degree burn. The tvs are not smart tvs. The hotel is located in a ran down poverty area. It’s no way this hotel has an excellent, good rating. The rating must be from bots or something. I would like a full refund. I also sent pictures of the room I was placed in. BLACK MOLD IN THE BATHROOM OF ROOM 521!!!!!!! I may just call the city. This was ridiculous!!!!!! Please reach out "

"The bathroom was my only issue, it was relatively clean but the shower wasn't the easiest to work and looks like it needed some repairs as the shower knob was popping out of the wall whenever you turned it on and the part of the ceiling was peeling off. Everything else was great and had a nice view"

"I checked out 10 minutes of checking in. The minute I walked inside the room, my allergies kicked in and my anxiety went up the roof. I’ve been to Quality Inn before, and been to many different hotels, but this one was the wrist by far. The property was not clean. They were people hanging out on the balcony talking loud and smoking. Someone was working on his car right in the parking lot. Wasp were flying around all over. One almost bit me going inside the room. I had to check out. I did not feel safe and the room was unsanitary. The front desk guy was being very rude to me when I explained why I didn’t want to stay. The maintenance guy was the only person that was understanding and considerate to me. There pictures are not what the place is about. "

"The front desk staff was great. Everyone that i encountered was so nice and looked like they actually wanted to be there. The valet parking when you are coming back to the hotel after 9pm was kind of confusing the first night. That should definitely be explained a bit better. "
