"The hotel was so convenient to the airport with a free shuttle to airport. I was definitely happy with the service, everyone was efficient, friendly, and polite. Thank you again for a wonderful stay before heading out. "

"The buffet breakfast was good and some options varied day to day, so it wasn't completely the same every day. The cafemocha from the coffee machine was the best and I'd love to know where to get it. Staff will not let you check in early. I tried to ask for earlier check in ahead of time and I was told my check in date was a day later than what I booked.. Staff is not very accommodating, but all in all not a bad place to stay. Simple room with plastic kettle."

"Nice spacious room, robes, shower shoes, and slippers although you can tell the shower shoes and robes have been used before. Otherwise nice. There are a couple restaurants and convenience stores right beside the hotel so that’s nice. There’s a stove but no pots or pans."

"Need more take care of room ? kids?? finger prints every window ? And so dirty ;( and so dusty on the leaving room table under ? Looks Like some one else beat it up the trash can .. don’t cover on the top of food when we order room service … anyway our family loves Songdo"
